This product is HEAVY, it should be assembled as ear as possible to the poi t of use. TAKE CARE
WHEN LIFTING to avoid perso al i jury a d (or) damage to the product.
This product takes approximately 20 MINUTES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.

1. Screw one of the brackets on to the back of the display cabinet in the middle near to the top, usin the
short screws provided fi .1. Position the bookcase a ainst the wall where you want it to o, place the
second bracket onto the wall above the one fixed to the display cabinet and mark where the holes come
on the wall. fi .2 Move the Display cabinet away from the wall.
2. Attach the wall bracket using screws suitable for your type of wall, see Wall fixings above.
3. Place the Display cabinet back a ainst the wall so the two brackets match up and tie them to ether with
the plastic strap provided Fi 3. The plates need not match exactly, but the plastic tie must o throu h
each plate. Close the strap, but do not over ti hten it. See dia rams below.

4. If after attachin your wardrobe to the wall it is not standin level. Use the wed es provided.
Push a wed e under the corner of your wardrobe until it becomes level, fi .1 then snap it off as shown in
fi .2. Finally tap any of the wed e still protrudin out from under the furniture, fi .3.

careless handling may cause damage or injury. No liability will be accepted for damage or injury caused by
incorrectly installed furniture.

Warning:
a) Do not place very hot or very cold items on the glass surfaces unless adequately thick table mats are
used to prevent such items from coming into contact with the glass.
b) Do not sit or stand upon the glass surfaces
c) Do not use the glass as a chopping surface. Do not strike the glass with hard or pointed items.
d) When cleaning glass panels use a damp cloth or leather with washing up liquid or soft soap if necessary;
do not use washing powders or any substances containing abrasives since these substances scratch glass.
e) Do not sit or stand on horizontal glass surfaces. he maximum load for the glass shelves is 22.9kg.

If a glass component is chipped or broken replace with glass of the type described on this label. Consult the
manufacturer, retailer or agent with regard to obtaining a manufacturing specification and shape for
replacement glass quoting the model number (see page one) and date of manufacture.
Care and maintenence
Wood Furniture
Wood displays different grain patterns depending on which way it is cut - for example, the ‘medullary ray’
which can appear on oak furniture is a mark of good quality timber - these are just characteristics of the
natural beauty of the wood. Some furniture is also deliberately aged and rustic.
All timber surfaces will change colour and mellow over time. New furniture will initially vary in shade from
items that have been previously purchased.
How to care for your wood furniture
Fur iture with a hard lacquer, wax polish or pai ted surface should be dusted with a dry cloth.
Spray polishes are best avoided as they co tai silico es which may spoil the fur iture’s surface by buildi g
up over time. Wipe up spills immediately. If sticky marks occur o the surface they ca be removed with a
dilute solutio of warm soapy water.
Our fur iture will e dure most temperatures i the home but it is best to avoid placi g fur iture ext to
heat sources such as radiators or fires. Be particularly careful with solid wood as the lack of humidity caused
by ce tral heati g ca cause damage such as warpi g.
