Safety Information
IMPORTANT: Please read and comply with all of the instructions and warnings provided in this manual
before using the product. Failure to comply with the instructions and warnings provided herein may
result in inaccurate results and/or damage to the product itself.
• DO NOT immerse the massager in water or
any other liquids.
• DO NOT use the device in wet or moist
conditions.
• DO NOT operate the device if the power
cord or AC adapter is damaged.
• Keep power cord and AC adapter away from
heated surfaces.
• DO NOT use the massager under a
blanketor pillow; excessive heating may
occur and can possibly cause fire, electric
shock, or injury.
• DO NOT use the massager in bed or while
sleeping.
• DO NOT use outdoors.
• DO NOT stand or sit on the massager.
• DO NOT use metal pins or fasteners with this
appliance.
• Always unplug the massager when not in use.
• Adult supervision is necessary when the device
is being used near or by children.
• DO NOT use this product directly on swollen or
inflamed areas.
• DO NOT use this product for more than 20
minutes at a time.
• Extensive use of the warming function may
overheat the massager and shorten its life
span. If the massager overheats, discontinue
use and allow it to completely cool before
resuming use.

Set Up
NOTE: This device can be used in automobiles. Connect
the DC car adapter to the power cord connector, then
plug the DC car adapter into power outlet in your car.
1. Remove the massager and the AC adapter
from their packaging.
2. Put the pillow cover over the massager.
3. Attach the massager to an office or desk
chair using the adjustable strap; there are
three adjustment levels for the strap.
4. Position the massager to your desired level
on the chair.
5. Connect the AC adapter to the power cord
connector.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, DO NOT
remove the housing cover.
• Any individual who is pregnant, has a
pacemaker, suffers from diabetes, phlebitis,
and/or thrombosis, or is at an increased
risk of developing blood clots due to recent
surgery, should consult his/her physician
before using a massaging device designed
for home use.
• DO NOT use on an infant or invalid or on a
sleeping or unconscious person. Do not use
on sensitive skin or on a person with poor
blood circulation.

Operation
NOTE:
• The Device shuts off automatically after 20 minutes.
• It is recommended to leave the device off for at least 30
minutes before the next use.
1. Press the Power/Reverse button to turn on
the massager with heating. The massage
nodes will change direction every 60
seconds.
2. Press the Power/Reverse button to reverse
the direction of the massage nodes.
3. Press the Speed/Heat button once to
increase or decrease the speed of the
massage nodes.
4. Press and hold the Speed/Heat button for 3
seconds to turn on or turn off the warming
function in the massager.
5. Press and hold the Power/Reverse button
for 3 seconds to turn off the massager.

Maintenance
1. Unplug the massager, allow the unit to cool
before cleaning.
2. Remove the pillow cover, wash and dry it.
3. Wipe down the massager with a dry clean
cloth.
4. DO NOT immerse the massager in water or
liquid detergents.
5. If necessary, wipe down the massager with a
clean, damp cloth and dry immidiately with
a soft, dry cloth.
6. DO NOT attempt to repair the massager.
Contact customer service if the massager
malfunctions or is in need of repair.
7. Store the massager in a cool, dry place away
from sharp edges or pointed objects when
not in use.

Warranty
Terms & Policy
Etekcity warrants all products to be of the highest quality in
material, craftsmanship and service for a minimum of 1 year,
effective from the date of purchase. Warranty lengths may vary
between product categories. Etekcity will replace any product found
to be defective due to manufacturer flaws based on eligibility;
refunds are available within the first 30 days of purchase. This
warranty extends only to personal use and does not extend to any
product that has been used for commercial, rental, or any other use
in which the product is not intended for. There are no warranties
other than the warranties expressly set forth with each product.
This warranty is non-transferrable. Etekcity is not responsible in
any way for any damages, losses or inconveniences caused by
equipment failure or by user negligence, abuse, or use noncompliant
with the user manual or any additional safety, use, or warnings
included in the product packaging and manual.
This warranty does not apply to the following:
• Damage due to abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering
or vandalism.
• Improper or inadequate maintenance.
• Damage in return transit.
• Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
Etekcity and its subsidiaries assume no liability for damage caused
by the use of the product other than for its intended use or as
instructed in the user manual. Some states do not allow this
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential losses so the
foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you
specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may
vary from state to state.
ALL EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED TO THE PERIOD
OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY.
Should your product prove defective within the specified warranty
period, please return the defective unit in its original packaging
with (1) an original copy of the invoice, (2) your order confirmation
number, (3) and your warranty ID number.
