Disable the security of your control panel’s SIM card
The S3b control panel interacts with you thanks to a SIM card
(sold separately). Before inserting your SIM card in the control
panel, make sure the SIM security is o. To proceed, insert the
SIM card in a mobile phone, browse the settings of the phone
and make sure the SIM card is unlocked (the PIN code may by
required to unlock the SIM card).
A piece of advice
For your control panel’s SIM card, we advise you to choose a
plan with unlimited text and 1 or 2h voice.

Insert the SIM card in the control panel
Open the battery compartment at the back of your control
panel and insert the SIM card in the control panel’s SIM card
slot.
Attention
Insert the SIM card according to the shape of the SIM card
slot.

Turn the control panel on
Plug the AC adaptor to an AC socket. Plug the output
connector of the AC adaptor into the adaptor interface in
the battery compartment at the back of the control panel.
Turn the power switch to“ON”and put back the cover of the
battery compartment. The control panel is turning on.
Attention
Make sure you have inserted a SIM card in the control panel
before turning it on.

Mount the control panel on a wall
Screw the wall mount onto the wall where you wish to install
your control panel. Fix the control panel on the wall mount.
A piece of advice
Make sure the control panel is rmly xed on the wall mount.
Because of the tamper switch, the alarm rings out if the control
panel is separated from the wall mount.
Before mounting the control panel, make sure the GSM signal is
sucient: make a phone call to your control panel’s SIM card. Once
you are through, press 1234# and then 1on your phone. If this
operation arms your system, the GSM signal is sucient. If nothing
happens or if you go to voice mail, the GSM reception is not sucient.

Change the system language
Send“0001”by SMS to the control panel to set the system
language to English.
The control panel replies“Ok”as a conrmation.
Attention
Before sending the SMS, make sure the GSM reception is
ready. The reception is ready when the indicator blinks
once every two seconds.

Register your phone number(s)
This step enables you to dene the phone number(s) to which an
SMS is sent when the alarm is triggered. Only stored numbers can
control and congure the system.
Send“6”by SMS to the phone number of the SIM card in the
control panel. The control panel replies with a SMS containing
every phone number registered.
Copy and paste this SMS and edit it so to add your phone
number(s). Then send the SMS back to the control panel.
The control panel replies“Ok”as a conrmation.

Advanced settings
For the installation of your accessories, please check the
full manual of www.etiger.com.
Connect more accessories
On the control panel, type your access code (default code: 1234) followed
by the key : your control panel is now in Connection mode.
Within the next 15 seconds, trigger the accessory you wish to
connect (for a RFID tag, swipe it in front of the RFID reader of the
control panel). You hear one beep: the accessory is registered.
A piece of advice
Save time and register your accessories using the Connection
Assistant in the“Support” section of our website (www.etiger.com).
Change the access code
Do not forget to change your access code. To change your access
code, send“13”by SMS to the control panel.

Precautions
For a safer use of the product and to optimize the lifespan of the
product, we recommend you to follow the precautions below:
- The wireless accessories must be connected to the control panel.
- Low power voltage may aect transmission distance.
- Do not press the SOS key on the remote control if it is unnecessary
to avoid disturbing neighborhood.
- Check the system regularly to make sure the system works
properly.
- The control panel is neither waterproof nor moisture-proof, install
it in a shady, cool and dry place.
- The case of the control panel is made of ABS plastic. Keep away
from bright light for a longer lifespan.
- The control panel is not explosion-proof. Keep away from re and
ames.
- Install the control panel away from objects such as heater,
air conditioner, microwave oven etc. that generate heat or
electromagnetic elds.
- Dispose of the batteries according to local regulations.
- Dismantling of this product must be done by professional
personnel only.

Désactivez le code PIN de la carte SIM de la centrale
La centrale S3b communique avec vous grâce à une carte SIM
(vendue séparément). Avant d’insérer votre carte SIM dans la
centrale, assurez-vous qu’elle n’est pas verrouillée.
Pour ce faire, insérez la carte SIM dans un téléphone portable.
Parcourez les paramètres de votre téléphone et désactivez la
protection par code PIN.
Le conseil eTIGER
Pour la carte SIM de votre centrale, nous vous conseillons un
abonnement avec 1 ou 2h de voix, et SMS illimités.

Insérez la carte SIM dans la centrale
Ouvrez le capot arrière de votre centrale d’alarme.
Insérez la carte SIM dans votre centrale à l’emplacement
prévu.
Attention
Insérez la carte SIM conformément au détrompeur.

Mettez votre panneau d’alarme sous tension
Raccordez l’adaptateur secteur de votre centrale à une
prise de courant. Raccordez ensuite l’autre extrémité de
l’adaptateur à l’emplacement prévu. Mettez l’interrupteur
sur ON puis refermez le capot arrière de la centrale. Cette
manipulation va allumer votre alarme.
Attention
Assurez-vous d’avoir inséré une carte SIM dans la centrale
avant de l’allumer.

Fixez la centrale au mur
Vissez le support mural à l’emplacement souhaité.
Accrochez la centrale au support mural.
Le conseil eTIGER
Pensez à bien xer la centrale au support mural. En raison du
dispositif anti-arrachement, l’alarme se déclenche lorsque la
centrale se désolidarise de son support.
Avant d’installer la centrale, assurez-vous que le signal GSM
de celle-ci soit susant : appelez la centrale depuis un
téléphone et, une fois en ligne, tapez 1234# puis 1. Si l’alarme
s’arme, le signal GSM est susant. Si rien ne se passe ou si
vous accédez au répondeur, le signal est insusant.

Changez la langue du système
Pour dénir le français comme langue du système, envoyez
“0002”par SMS au numéro de téléphone de la carte SIM
insérée dans votre centrale.
La centrale conrme par SMS et vous répond“Ok”.
Attention
Avant d’envoyer le SMS, assurez-vous que la réception GSM
de la centrale est prête. La réception est prête lorsque le
voyant clignote une fois toutes les deux secondes.
