KNIFE SHARPENER EN
Warning: Please read this instruction manual carefull before using the instrument and
keep it for future use.
A. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
₋Always pull the kni e toward you. Never push the kni e away rom you.
₋Do not twist the kni e when sharpening.
₋Keep constant orce and speed during sharpening.
₋Cleaning by dishwasher is orbidden, the exterior o sharpener should be cleaned up by
a so t cloth, don’t immerse the sharpener into water or other liquid.
₋The device is intended exclusively or private and not or commercial use. Only use this
device as describe in this instruction manual.
₋Always place your device on a dry sur ace.
₋Keep it away rom heat sources such as radiators, to avoid de ormation o plastic parts.
₋Do not use coarse or abrasive sponges/cloths or steel wool to clean the appliance.
₋This appliance is not intended or use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capacities, or by persons lacking in experience or
knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed on the use o this apparatus by a
person responsible or their sa ety.Children should be supervised to ensure they do not
play with this appliance.
B. HOW TO USE IT
This device is designed t sharpen kitchen knives, p cket knives r ther metal r ceramic knives.
D n t use sciss rs, raz r blades r any ther blade that are n t suitable in size and / r thickness
t the knife sharpener.
Always use this device after cleaning blades (see secti n "care and maintenance").
Place the kni e sharpener on a lat, stable sur ace.
Press the button and rotate the handle to open the sharpener until it locks in the open position.
Hold the sharpener with one hand and the kni e handle with the other.

Repair damaged edges and balance the blade be ore
actually sharpening.
Insert kni e blade ully into the slot at a 90°angle to
the sharpener. Apply light downward pressure on
the blade while pulling the kni e through the
sharpening slot rom heel to tip. Avoid rubbing the
ace o the blade against the walls o the slot when
sharpening. Always pull the kni e rom heal to tip,
never push the kni e away rom you.
Repeat this action, normally 5-7 pulls will get the
blade sharp, but knives made o extremely hard steel may require additional pulls.
Sl t 2 Carbide Blades (Sharpening)
Sharpen the blade and restore its shape to a V- cut.
Insert kni e blade ully into the slot at a 90°angle to the sharpener. Apply light downward
pressure on the blade while pulling the kni e through the sharpening slot rom heel to tip. Avoid
rubbing the ace o the blade against the walls o the slot when sharpening. Always pull the
kni e rom heal to tip, never push the kni e away rom you.
Repeat this action, normally 5-7 pulls will get the blade sharp, but knives made o extremely
hard steel may require additional pulls.
Sl t 3 Ceramic R ds (P lishing)
Remove burrs and polish the blade so that it is as sharp as razor.
The polishing process is the same as that o the sharpening, ie several successive passes in the
slot 3 o the sharpener are necessary.
The sharpener has three slots, pull the kni e through each slot one by one, rom slot 1 to slot 3.
Do not sharpen alternately in the three slots.
Press the button to close the sharpener a ter using it.
C. CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Cleaning
Clean your sharpener with a damp cloth or a mild brush. Do not rinse with water.
Do not put in the dishawsher.
