

   
   
L'avvolgitubo SAGM15 e sono costruiti in lamiera d’acciaio inox AISI 304.
L'apparecchio riavvolge automaticamente il tubo mediante una molla in
acciaio di alta qualità incorporata nel tamburo e permette di arrestarlo alla
lunghezza voluta tramite un dispositivo automatico.
I componenti interni degli avvolgitubo e quelli che vengono a contatto con
il fluido sono realizzati in materiale plastico composito.
Il supporto girevole incorporato permette l’orientamento secondo la
direzione di utilizzo del tubo.
L'avvolgitubo è completo di tubo di distribuzione in poliuretano
termoplastico rinforzato con treccia tessile.
Il modello è fornito con tubo flessibile di collegamento lunghezza 1 m.

1) Taketheinlethoseoffbyremovingtheplasticcapandtheseeger(gureA).
2) Inserta5mmhexagonalwrenchintothe6atsofthespringhub.Unfastenthenut
witha19mmwrench,holdinginplacewiththehexagonalwrench(gureB).Release
thespringbyturningthehexagonalwrenchslowlyclockwise.
3) Removethenutandthe4attachmentscrewsfromthetwohalf-casings.
4) Removethehalf-casingandtakeoutthedrum(gureC).


5) Takethespringhuboutofthedrum(gureD).
6) Unfastenthecentralscrewandremovethebushing(gureE).
7) Separatethehubfromthedrumandtakethehosecouplingoutofthehub(gureF).
Removetheo-ring.
8) Cutthecollarinordertoretrievethecouplingandreplacethehose.
9) Positiontheo-ringonthecouplingandinsertthecouplingintothehubhole.
10) Repositionthehubinthedrumbyfasteningthecentralscrewandinsertthespringhub.
11) Fitthestopapproximately1mfromtheoppositeendofthehoseandreelthenewhose
onthedrum.
12) Greaseifrequired.Reassemblethereel,followingtheoperationsinreverseorder.
13) Insertahexagonalwrenchinthehubhole.Turnthewrenchanti-clockwisesothatthe
Iimitstopisincontactwiththehoseguideendtting.Prestressthespringbycontinuing
toturnthewrenchanti-clockwise(4turns).
14) Holdthewrenchinpositionandfastenthenut.Performafunctionalcheck.Ifthehose
doesnotgoincompletelyordoesnotcomeoutcompletely,readjustthetensionofthe
spring(point13).
15) Repositiontheinlethoseandtheplasticcap.




 


11) Monterlabutéedendecourseàenviron1mdel’extrémitéetenroulerletuyausur
letambour.
12) Graisseréventuellement.Monterdenouveaul’enrouleursuivantlesopérationsinver-
ses.
13) Insérerunecléhexagonaledansletroudumoyeu.Tournerlaclédanslesensinverse
desaiguillesd’unemontredesortequelabutéedendecoursesoitencontactavec
leguidetuyau.
Précontraindreleressortencontinuantàtournerlacléde3toursdanslesensinverse
desaiguillesd’unemontre.
14) Retenirlacléetbloquerl’écrou.Vérierlebonfonctionnement.Siletuyaunerentre
ounesortpascomplètement,réajusterlatensionduressort(point13).
15) Monterdenouveauletuyaud’alimentationetlecouvercleenplastique.
         
       




