Construction
The
High
Frequency
Hand
Grinder
MShyo
867-1
is
a
surface
cooled
electric
tool
with
high
overloading
resistance
and
of
sturdy
construction.
The
tool
offers
the
advantage
of
total
enclosure,
eliminating
wear
caused
by
ingress
of
grinding
dust
.
Th
e
switc
h
is
also
enclosed,
the
handl
e
insul
ated.
The
grinder
MShyo
867-1
is
an
electric
tool
fitted
with
earth
wire
to
Class
I
of
VDE
instructions.
For
safety
reasons,
the
machine
must
be
earthed
using
the
designed
eart
h
wire,
one
end
fastened
to
the
housing,
the
other
e
nd
connected
to
the
earth
screw
of
the
plug.
For
reasons
of
safety
we
draw
your
attention
on
our
general
operating
and
installations
instructions
for
High
Frequency

Fre-

No. B 22.
The
type
MShyo
867-1 k
is
an
electric
tool
in
accordance
with
Class
III
of
VDE
spe
-
cification
0740
without
neutral
conductor.
To
avoid
accidents
the
metal
housing
of
the
grinder
must
not
be
earthed.
The
gear
wh
ee
ls
are
harden
ed
a
nd
polished
and
the
gear
is
ad
just
ed
by
an
excentric
ring.
3.
Taking
the
tool
into
service
First
check
that
details
on
rating
plate
agree
with
those
of
the
high
frequency
supply.
Provide
overload
protection
to
match
the
rated
current.
Before
plugging
in
the
tool,
check
that
operating
switch
is
turned
"Off"
.
Check
that
tool
rotates
in
direction
marked
by
arrow
on
the
machine.
On
putting
tool
into
service,
switch
on
briefly
only
to
check
rotation.
If
it
does
not
follow
arrow,
reverse
by
chanching
over
two
leads
in
the
plug.

your
grinding
wheels
as
follow:

Maintenance
and
lubrication

grinder
requires

maintenance
