1Benutzerhinweise
Das Bedienfeld Typ SPC200-MMI-... dient bestimmungsgemäß
zur Inbetriebnahme, Programmierung, Diagnose und Bedienung
des Smart Positioning Controller SPC200. Es läßt sich bei ab-
geschalteter Spannungsversorgung direkt auf den SPC200 auf-
stecken.
Ausführliche Informationen zum Bedienfeld sowie zur Inbetrieb-
nahme und Programmierung des SPC200 mit dem Bedienfeld
finden Sie im Bediener-Handbuch P.BE-SPC200-....
VORSICHT:
Beachten Sie unbedingt die dort aufgeführten:
– Sicherheitstechnischen Hinweise
– den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch der jeweiligen
Baugruppen und Module.
WARNUNG:
Aktoren können ungewollt aktiviert und der SPC200 sowie
das Bedienfeld beschädigt werden, wenn das Bedienfeld bei
eingeschalteter Spannungsversorgung aufgesteckt oder
abgezogen wird.
Schalten Sie vor Installations- und Wartungsarbeiten folgen-
de Energiequellen in folgender Reihenfolge ab:
1. Druckluftversorgung
2. Lastversorgung und Betriebsspannungsversorgung des
SPC200.

2Übersicht
Das aufsteckbare Bedienfeld Typ SPC200-MMI-... besitzt ein
zweizeiliges LCD-Display. Je Zeile werden bis zu 16 Zeichen
dargestellt. Die Bedienung erfolgt über 6 Tasten, mit denen alle
Funktionen menügeführt aufgerufen werden können.

Das Bedienfeld bietet alle nötigen Funktionen zur Inbetriebnah-
me, Programmierung, Diagnose und Bedienung des SPC200.

3Montage
WARNUNG:
Aktoren können ungewollt aktiviert und der SPC200 sowie
das Bedienfeld beschädigt werden, wenn das Bedienfeld bei
eingeschalteter Spannungsversorgung aufgesteckt oder
abgezogen wird.
Schalten Sie vor Installations- und Wartungsarbeiten folgen-
de Energiequellen in folgender Reihenfolge ab:
1. Druckluftversorgung
2. Lastversorgung und Betriebsspannungsversorgung des
SPC200.
Das Bedienfeld Typ SPC200-MMI-... läßt sich direkt auf die
Diagnosebaugruppe Typ SPC200-MMI-DIAG des SPC200 auf-
stecken.
Gehen Sie bei der Montage wie folgt vor:
1. Druckluftversorgung abschalten.
2. Betriebsspannung und Lastversorgung des SPC200 abschal-
ten.
3. Bedienfeld auf die Diagnosebaugruppe Typ SPC200-MMI-
DIAG des SPC200 vorsichtig aufstecken.
Achten Sie darauf, das Stiftstecker und Buchse richtig auf-
einanderliegen, bevor Sie das Bedienfeld vollständig auf-
stecken.
4. Achten Sie darauf, daß die Raststifte einrasten.

Gehen Sie bei der Demontage wie folgt vor:
1. Druckluftversorgung abschalten.
2. Betriebsspannung und Lastversorgung des SPC200 abschal-
ten.
3. Bedienfeld von Diagnosebaugruppe Typ SPC200-MMI-DIAG
vorsichtig abziehen.

1User instructions
Control panel type SPC200-MMI-... is designed for commission-
ing, programming, diagnosing and operating the Smart
Positioning Controller SPC200. It can be fitted directly onto the
SPC200 when the power supply is switched off.
Detailed information on the control panel as well as on com-
missioning and programming the SPC200 with the control panel
can be found in the User Manual P.BE-SPC200-.... .
CAUTION:
Pay strict attention to the following instructions shown
therein:
– safety guidelines
– specifications for the use of each module and component.
WARNING
If the control panel is plugged into or disconnected from the
SPC200 while the power supply is switched on, actuators
may be activated unintentionally and both the SPC200 and
the control panel may be damaged.
Before undertaking installation and/or maintenance work,
switch off the following sources of power in the sequence
specified:
1. the compressed air supply
2. the load voltage and operating voltage supplies for
the SPC200.

2Summary
The plug-in control panel type SPC200-MMI-... has a two-line
LCD display. Up to 16 characters can be represented on each
line. There are 6 operating keys with which all the functions can
be accessed via menus.

PLEASE NOTE

3Fitting
WARNING
If the control panel is plugged into or disconnected from the
SPC200 while the power supply is switched on, actuators
may be activated unintentionally and both the SPC200 and
the control panel may be damaged.
Before undertaking installation and/or maintenance work,
switch off the following sources of power in the sequence
specified:
1. the compressed air supply
2. the load voltage and operating voltage supplies for
the SPC200.
Control panel type SPC200-MMI-... can be plugged directly onto
the diagnostic module type SPC200-MMI-DIAG of the SPC200.
Proceed with the fitting as follows:
1. Switch off the compressed air supply.
2. Switch off the operating voltage and the load voltage for the
SPC200.
3. Carefully place the control panel onto the diagnostic module
type SPC200-MMI-DIAG of the SPC200.
Make sure that the plugs and sockets are correctly aligned
before you plug the control panel in completely.
4. Make sure that the locking pins clip into place.
