und Bedienung des Smart Positioning Controller SPC200
mit Betriebssystem Versionab 3.72. Das Bedienfeldist zur
Fronttafel−Montage vorgesehen.

schlüsse bei eingeschalteter Spannungsversorgung
aufgesteckt oder abgezogen werden.

Das BedienfeldTyp SPC200−MMI−1Fbesitzt einzweizeili
ges LCD−Display. JeZeilewerden biszu 16 Zeichen darge
stellt. DieBedienung erfolgt über 6 Tasten, mit denen alle
Funktionen menügeführt aufgerufen werden können.

3 Montage
Das BedienfeldTyp SPC200−MMI−1Fist für dieMontage in
einer Fronttafel vorgesehen. Zur Befestigung benötigen
Sieeinen Einbauraum vonca. 114x 102 x 70 mm und ei
nen Ausschnitt vonca. 92 x 92 mm. DieDicke der Front−
tafel darf maximal 4mm betragen.
Entsprechende Maßangaben zeigt diefolgende Abbildung:

Gehen Siebei der Montage wiefolgt vor:
1. Bedienfeldvonvorninden Ausschnitt der Fronttafel
einschieben.
2. Befestigungsspangen vonhinten inentsprechenden
Ausschnitteeinhängen.
3. Bedienfeldmit Schrauben gegen Fronttafel verspan
nen.

4 Installation
Warnung
Verwenden Sieausschließlich Stromquellen, dieeine
sichereelektrischeTrennung der Betriebsspannung
nach IEC/DIN EN 60204−1 gewährleisten. Berücksichti
gen Siezusätzlich dieallgemeinen Anforderungen an
PELV−Stromkreise gemäß IEC/DIN EN 60204−1.
Nach dem Einschalten versucht das MMI−1FdieKommuni
kationmit dem SPC200 aufzunehmen.Hierbei muss der
SPC200 kommunikationsbereit sein.
Schalten Siedaher dieSpannungsversorgungen des
SPC200 und des MMI−1Fimmer gleichzeitigoder infolgen
der Reihenfolge ein:
1. Spannungsversorgungen des SPC200
2. Spannungsversorgung des MMI−1F

Warning
Use power supplies which guarantee reliableelectrical
isolationof theoperating voltage as per IEC/DIN EN
60204−1. Consider also thegeneral requirementsfor
PELV circuitsinaccordance with IEC/DIN EN 60204−1.
When theMMI−1Fisswitched on, it will try to communi
catewith theSPC200. TheSPC200 must beready for com
munication.
Alwaysswitch onthepower supplies for theSPC200 and
theMMI−1Fsimultaneously or inthefollowing sequence:
