Before Use
CAUTION
Please keep small parts
such as the plastic tab out of
children’s reach. Throw the
plastic tab away.
Note: A plastic tab was attached to the
toy for in-store demonstration purposes.
While the tab may have already been
removed, check the bottom of the toy to
be sure. If the plastic tab is still attached,
pull and remove the tab. Throw the
plastic tab away.
Battery Replacement
For best performance, we recommend
that you replace batteries that came
with this toy, with three, new “C” (LR14)
alkaline batteries.
• Locate the battery compartment on the
bottom of the vehicle.
• Loosen the screw in the battery
compartment door with a Phillips
screwdriver. Remove the battery
compartment door.
• Insert three, new “C” (LR14)
alkaline batteries.
Hint: We recommend using alkaline
batteries for longer battery life.
• Replace the battery compartment door
and tighten the screw.
• When sounds, lights or motions
become faint or stop, it’s time for an
adult to change the batteries!
Battery Safety
Information
In exceptional circumstances, batteries
may leak fluids that can cause a
chemical burn injury or ruin your toy.
To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or
batteries of different types: alkaline,
standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable
(nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the
battery compartment.
• Remove batteries during long periods
of non-use. Always remove exhausted
batteries from the toy. Dispose of
batteries safely. Do not dispose of the
product in a fire. The batteries inside
may explode or leak.
• Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same or
equivalent type, as recommended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable
batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from
the toy before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries
are used, they are only to be charged
under adult supervision.

Release the Beast Inside!
• Slide the power/volume switch on the
bottom of the vehicle to on with low
volume or on with high volume .
• Press one of three top buttons and the
vehicle will drive in a circle, straight or
in a zig-zag.
• Program the vehicle to drive in up to
three different directions. Press the
left , right or straight buttons.
Then press the Go !

Transform
• Press the transform
button to release the
beast and make the
king go ape!
• Press down on the
top of the ape to
reset back to a truck.
Note: When you pick up the toy, the
wheels stop moving. Place it back on
a level surface to resume movement.
