Leg 1
• Place the basket face down on a flat surface.
Note: The legs are designed to overlap and need to be assembled in order.
• First, fit the leg labeled 1 onto the area labeled 1 on the basket. Then, fit the leg labeled 2
onto the area labeled 2 on the basket.
Leg 2
• Insert all seven screws into the legs and tighten.

Leg 4
• Fit the legs labeled 3 and 4 (in this order) onto the basket.
Handle
Holes
• Turn the shopping cart assembly upright.
• "Snap" the handle into the holes in the top side of the basket.
Note: The handle is designed to fit one way. If it does not seem to fit into the basket, turn it around and
try again!

• Protect the environment by not disposing of this product with household waste
(2002/96/EC). Check your local authority for recycling advice and facilities.
Battery Replacement
• For best performance, we recommend replacing the batteries that came with this toy with three,
new alkaline “AA” (LR6) batteries.
• Locate the battery compartment on the bottom of the toy.
• Loosen the screws in the battery compartment door and remove the door. Remove the exhausted
batteries and throw them away.
• Replace the batteries with three, new "AA" (LR6) alkaline batteries.
Hint: We recommend using alkaline batteries for longer battery life.
• Replace the battery compartment door and tighten the screws.
• If the toy begins to operate erratically, you may need to reset the electronics. Slide the power/vol-
ume switch on the toy off and then on again.
• When sounds become faint or stop, it's time for an adult to change the batteries!
Battery Safety Information
In exceptional circumstances, batteries may leak fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin
your product. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types: alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or
rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated inside the battery compartment.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use. Always remove exhausted batteries from the
product. Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of this product in a fire. The batteries inside
may explode or leak.
• Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type, as recomended.
• Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from the product before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are only to be charged under adult supervision.

• Adult assembly is required. Tool required for assembly: Phillips screwdriver (not included).
• A plastic tab is attached to the toy for in-store demonstration purposes. While the tab may have
already been removed, check the bottom of the toy to be sure. If the plastic tab is still attached,
pull and remove the tab. Throw the plastic tab away.
• Wipe this toy with a clean cloth dampened with a mild soap and water solution. Do not immerse
this toy.

• Slide the power/volume switch to on with low volume , on with high volume
or off .
• Slide the mode switch to select a mode: Learning , Music or Shopping .
• Turn the roller or flip the pages in the book for musical tunes.
• Match the food items to the shape sorter in the cart. Press down on the food item for
different musical tunes and ditties.
• Hear fun tunes and sound effects every time you put items in the cart or take them out!
Music Mode
• Turn the roller or flip the pages in the book for songs about manners and counting.
• Match the food items to the shape sorter in the cart. Press down on the food item to
hear the name, number, color and shape of the item.
• Listen to songs about counting, opposites and other fun phrases when you put items in
the cart or take them out!
