• Slide the attic roof onto the top of the
dollhouse until it “snaps” in place.
Attic Roof
• At an angle, fit the peg on top of
the door into the hole in the door-
frame. Bend the door slightly and
fit the bottom peg into the hole in
the bottom of the doorframe.
• Fit the porch onto the front of the
house.

Assembly
• Insert four #6 x ¾" screws into the
holes and tighten with a Phillips
screwdriver. Do not over-tighten.
BACK VIEW

• Apply labels as shown in the illustrations.
• Apply the top corners of a label first and
smooth downward to remove air bubbles.
• For best results, avoid repositioning a label
once it has been applied.
• The label sheet also contains several extra
labels you can place where ever you like.

Battery Installation
• Locate the battery compartment
on the bottom of the tree.
• Loosen the screw in the battery
compartment door with a Phillips
screwdriver and remove it.
• Insert three, new "AAA" (LR03)
alkaline batteries.
• Replace the battery compartment
door and tighten the screw. Do
not overtighten.
• If the tree begins to operate errati-
cally, you may need to reset the
electronics. Slide the power switch
off and back on.

compartment door and remove it.
• Insert two, new "AAA" (LR03)
alkaline batteries.
• Replace the battery compartment
door and tighten the screw.
• If the stove begins to operate
erratically, you may need to reset
the electronics. Remove the
batteries and replace them.

Tree
When sounds or lights become faint or stop, it's time for an adult to change the
batteries. We recommend replacing the batteries with alkaline batteries for
longer battery life.

Battery Installation

alkaline batteries.
• Replace the battery compartment
door and tighten the screw.
• If the fireplace begins to operate
erratically, you may need to reset
the electronics. Remove the
batteries and replace them.
Fireplace Wreath
• Loosen the screw in the battery
compartment door and remove it.
• Remove the exhausted batteries
and dispose of them properly.
• Insert three new LR44 alkaline
button cell batteries.
• Replace the battery compartment
door and tighten the screw.
• If the wreath begins to operate
erratically, you may need to reset
the electronics. Remove the
batteries and replace them.

Batteries may leak fluids that can
cause a chemical burn injury or ruin
your toy. To avoid battery leakage:
• Do not mix old and new batteries
or batteries of different types:
alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc)
or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium).
• Insert batteries as indicated on the
battery compartment door.
• Remove batteries during long
period of non-use. Always remove
exhausted batteries from the toy.
Dispose of batteries safely. Do not
dispose of this product in a fire.
The batteries may explode or leak.
• Never short-circuit the
battery terminals.
• Use only batteries of the same
orequivalent type, as recommended.
• Do not charge non-
rechargeable batteries.
• Remove rechargeable batteries
from the toy before charging.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries
are used, they are only to be
charged under adult supervision.

Storage
• Lift the house by the attic floor.
• Store everything inside the house.
Push the sides of the house
together and "snap" in place.
Care
• Wipe the toy with a clean,
damp cloth. Pillows are surface
washable only. Do not immerse.
