up. Make sure that it is
positioned in line with
the framing on the
reverse and close
enough that it will hold
the door shut when
turned.
Fix using a 30mm

Check all parts prior to assembly
This building is pre-treated with a factory base coat for
protection during storage and transit. We recommend that
you treat your new building as soon as possible after
assembly using a wood preservative treatment. Apply in
accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
- Timber is a natural material. It will shrink and swell as a
result of varying moisture content.
- Please keep all plastic bags and small parts away from
children
- This product must be built on a solid level base.
- The roof of this product is not a load bearing structure.

In line with your statutory rights, please check all parts
prior to assembly, as assembly of damaged parts may be
deemed to be acceptance and this may affect the
remedies you are entitled to. If the product is not
constructed in accordance with the instructions, or is
altered in anyway (e.g. painted), the manufacturer cannot
be held liable for any resulting damage.
Place and secure two hinges to the door so that they line
up with the battens on the reverse using 4x30mm (black)
screws for each.
Place the door into the door end ensuring that it is square.
Fix the doors in place using 3x30mm (black) screws for the
other section of each hinge.

Place the corner strips so that they
cover the joins between the panels. Fix
each in place using 3 x 25mm screws.

Place the panels on top of the floor. Make sure that all the panels are tight and flush before fixing them to
each other using 3x50mm screws.
When the panels are secured to each other, ensure that they are square before securing them to the floor.
Secure the door end to the floor using 1 x 50mm screws making sure it locates into the floor bearer. Fix the
plain sides to the floor using the L’ brackets. Position these side ways and make sure they are in line with the
floor bearers underneath. Fix each in place using 4 x 25mm screws.

Place the 1506mm batten so that it sits
on the framework at the apex of both
the plain end and door end as shown.
Fix this in place using 1 x 60mm screw
for each end. (Make sure you pre-drill).

Trim off any excess felt that may protruding beneath
the barge boards.

Place the roof board onto a 1540mm batten making sure that the board is
flush on all sides. Fix the batten in place using 4 x 25mm screws.
Repeat for the other roof section.
Maintenance.
We recommend that you treat your shed at the beginning of each season with a wood preservative treatment. Apply in
accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
Regularly check all fixings are secure.
Biocidal Product Regulation (EU 528/2012) Article 58 Information
This article contains timber treated with Celcure AC-500, incorporating biocidal products to give protection against wood destroying insects & wood rotting fungi.
Contains: Basic copper carbonate (Copper (II) carbonate – Copper (II) hydroxide (1:1)), Boric acid, Benzalkonium chloride.
Wear gloves when handling freshly treated wood. Avoid breathing dust when cutting treated or untreated wood. Dispose of off-cuts responsibly – do not burn.

Lift the roof sections into place ensuring that
they are in line with the apex and the front and
back panels of the shed.
Fix the roof section in place using 3 x 25mm
screws for each end and 3 x 30mm screws for
the sides. Make sure the screws locate into the
framing.
Repeat for the other roof section.
Attention
Take care when cutting and
trimming the roof felt

Unroll the felt and cut it into two equal lengths. Place each
section so that they overlap at the apex and overhang on the
eaves by approximately 50mm. Fix the felt to the roof using felt
nails spaced in 150mm intervals along the edges and the
seam. Make sure that the felt nails are positioned so that each
locates into the batten on the eaves. Cut and fold the corners
securing with a single felt nail. Place the barge boards against the ends of the shed
so that they are flush with the overhang of the roof
and in line with the top. Fix each in place using
3x30mm screws.
Place the finials over the joins making sure they are
centred. Secure in place using 2x30mm screws for
each. (Make sure you pre-drill)
