2. Unpacking
After verifying the integrity of the package, open the shipping carton and remove the polystyrene
protection; then remove the atomizer. Access to the unit isonlypermitted to specialized personnel.
3. Hydraulic connections
Before proceeding with the hydraulic connections, check that the atomizer isnot plugged in.
4. Water supply connection
The atomizer has a superior hole on the top cover for pipes with outside diameter of13mm.
Insert the condensate pipe in the upper hole and check that itenters into the atomizer for at least 30
mm.
5. Water mist connections
The atomizer already has a 80 mm diameter fitting for ejecting atomized water. Thisconnection
can be extended with normal pipe (80 mm diameter).
Ensure that these extensions have a slope of atleast 3 ° to let in the atomizer any condensate water
in the tube and that the output connection is free from any obstacles for a distance of 50 cm.
Avoid excessive stress on the atomizer output connection.
Install the supplied anti-intrusion grille on the output connection.
6. Installation template
When installing atomizer near the wall for the expulsion of water on the outside, drill a hole of 82 mm
diameter on the wall as picture below.

8. Functioning
SCBR3 atomized water by wave propagation generated by piezoelectric cells 10 in the direction
of the water surface. On the free surface of the water, generate droplets of small dimensions,
which are removed by forced ventilation.
SCBR3 has level floating that keep constant the amount of water above the piezoelectric cells to
maintain a high performance for the condensate.
The atomizer goes on standby automatically if the water level falls below the minimum level and
automatically activates the heating cable (optional) when the water temperature falls below 3 ° C.
SCBR3 has a CP contact to interface with the .Soloclim air conditioner when there is any
failure or malfunctions.

9. Season change procedure
It is veryimportant to follow the procedure outlined inthis paragraph to avoid a systematic
alarm of the combination Soloclim+SCBR3 and the possible failure of the nebulizer.
This procedure, enabled through the display of the air conditioner, modifies the default settings of
the drain pan of the appliance by disabling its automatic closure during the summer season. This
procedure is used to avoid that during the summer season, with the opening of the drain valve of the
drain pan, the condensate itself is poured all in the 3.0 nebulizer installed under the appliance.
To activate this function:
-Press the cooling mode key on the display ofthe Soloclim for15 sec.
-The symbol “En” will appear
-Press again for 15 sec. the key
-The symbol “ds” will appear
-Let the display go backto the main screen
The condensate drain will always remain open in both seasons, guaranteeing a regular flow of
condensation.
To set the default function again, follow the same procedure and select "En".
10. Led and buzzer
The device is equipped with some light and sound signals that indicate the status and any
malfunctions:
•GREEN LED: atomizer power supply on
•ORANGE LED: atomizer running
•RED LED: atomizer in stand-by and electrical heater on
•BLINCKING RED-GREEN LED + BUZZER: alarm
The reasons for alarms may be the following:
•maximum level sensor activated
•level sensors wrong (for example the maximum level sensor is busy when normal level
sensor is off)
•bad indication of condensate temperature
