RUNNER PRODUCTS TO YOUR VEHICLE. CHECKING THE ATTACHMENTS PRIOR TO USE, AND PERIODICALLY INSPECTING THE PRODUCTS FOR ADJUSTMENT, WEAR AND

Loosen and remove the tank cap and the
Eye-Nut that holds the tank in place and
then remove the tank from the Rack.
You will need to squeeze the "Y-Spring" on
the end of the Plastic Cap's retaining wire
to release the Plastic Cap from the Tank
Note the position of the Washer between
the upright and Lockable Strap For
Water Cap.
Remove the Nut Caps from all four bolts
connecting the Strap to the uprights.
Loosen and remove the bolts. Keep the
bolts as you will be using them in Step 2.3
Note the position of the Washer between
the top part of the bracket and the
uprights. In Step 2.5 you will have to
postion the Washers in the same place.
Refer to Step 2.3

FIT AND SECURE

Place the Water Tank into position and
close the Strap. Refit the Eye-Nut that
secures the tank.
Open the lockable part of the Strap and refit
the Cap. You will need to squeeze the
"Y-Spring" on the end of the Plastic Cap's
retaining wire and push the "Y-Spring" into
the Tank filler neck.
Flip the lockable part of the Strap over the
Cap and lock with a suitable Pad-Lock.

Assemble the Lockable Strap For The Water
Cap to the upright brackets by placing it
on the inside of the upright brackets.
Use the fasteners that you removed
in Step 2.2.
Assemble the Lockable Bracket (Item 2) to
the Strap (Item 1) using M6 x 16 Button Head
Bolts, M6 x 12 x 1SS Flat Washer and
M6 Nyloc Nuts (Items 3, 4 & 5) as shown.
Place M6 x 12 x 1SS Flat Washers (Item 4)
between the Strap and the Lockable
Bracket shown with arrows.
