NOTE: When unpacking, lay the parts on
a padded surface such as the packaging provided.
Be sure to locate all hardware before throwing
away any packaging.

STEP 1: Place the Shelf Supports (A) at the pre-drill holes and lay the Glass Shelf (E) on
the Shelf Supports (A).Put the
Neck Forms (F) on the glass Shelf (E).

STEP 2: If the Mirrored Storage Cabinet are uneven, adjust the levelers on the bottom.

IMPORTANT:
Installing the L-Bracket (D) to a Wall Stud
and the Cabinet is REQUIRED before any
use of the product for customer safety.
STEP 3: Center the Cabinet in front of two Studs and mark the Wall. Push the Cabinet against the
Wall.
Stud and mark the Wall at the top of the L-Brackets (D) .
NOTE: It is important that the L-Brackets (D) are positioned like the picture below in order to
hide the L-Brackets (D).
STEP 4: Slide the L-Brackets (D) over the top corner of the Cabinet Top in front of the previously marked
D

STEP 5: Pull the Cabinet away from the Wall and attach the L-Brackets (D) to the Studs using
the Long Screws (B).
the Small Screws (C) to attach the L-Brackets (D) to the Cabinet.
NOTE: The L-Brackets (D) may not be completely on the Cabinet’s Top due to the Wall’s
base molding. Only screw into the Bracket holes that are completely on the Cabinet Top.
STEP 6: Slide the Cabinet underneath the previously installed L-Brackets (D) and use 2 or more of

Never spray any cleaner directly on the glass or mirror surface. Unless you can guarantee that the
cleaner does not run behind the glass or mirror over a seam where it can get behind the glass or
mirror and deteriorate the backing or ruin the wood finish. Most glass or mirror cleaner will run down
the glass and penetrate the seams and edges damaging the backing.

STEP 1. Unplug the unit from the wall. With a screw driver (not provided), remove all screws and
the top as illustrated.
NOTE: Save this page for future LED Light replacement.
STEP 2. Unscrew 3 LED lights and kit box from inside top placement.
STEP 3. Before removing all electrical cords, take a note of the recover route.
STEP 4. Remove entire LED light kits from Cabinet carefully.
STEP 6. Replace a new LED light kits by repeating the step 1 to 3 in reverse order. Make sure all
screws are screwed in properly.
Cleaning & Care:To clean, wipe the Fixture with a soft, dry cloth.Avoid the use of harsh or
abrasivechemicals as they may damage the finish.
