Warranty
FullSpeed Ahead (FSA)warrants all FSA,Gravity,Vision,Metropolisand RPMproductstobefree fromdefectsinmaterials orworkmanshipfor aperiod oftwoyears after originalpurchaseunless otherwisestated in
thefullwarrantypolicy.Thewarranty isnon-transferableand validtotheoriginalpurchaser oftheproductonly.Anyattempttomodifytheproductin anywaysuchasdrilling,grinding,and paintingwillvoid the

Inspection
1. EnsuretheBB shellsurfaces andtheGo/NoGo
gaugeinspection surfaces arecleanand free of
debris.
2. InsertGO endofgaugeintotherightand left BB
shell openings.Ifgaugedoes not fullyinsertinto
either end ofBB shell,this indicatestheBB shell
hasanundersized IDand cannotbeused until
reamed toproper diameter.IftheGOend of
gaugefits withinBBshell,proceed tocheck with
theNG end ofthegauge.
Inspection (continued)
1. EnsuretheBB shellsurfaces andtheGo/NoGo
gaugeinspection surfaces arecleanand free of
debris.
2. InsertNG end ofgaugeintotherightand left BB
shell openings.Ifgaugefullyinserts into either
end ofBB shell,this indicatestheBB shell hasan
oversized IDand cannotbeused.Installing
bearings intoBB shellswithoversized IDwill
result in poor bearing performance, creaking,and
potentialbearingfailure.
Note: TheGO/NG gaugeisused toquickly check
thediameter ofPF30 BB shell.Itisnotatoolto
ensurethePF30 BB shell is trueround.Ifa
crankset andbottombracketareinstalled in aPF30
BB shell thatisnottrueround(ovalshape),noises
suchas creaking,and/or bearing damagemay
develop after shortuse.

Thegaugeisusedtocheckthatthesurfacewhere
thePF30 bearing cups press in areinalignment
witheachother.IfthePF30 bearingsarenotable
tobeinstalledinalignmentwitheachother,the
bearings maybindandprematurelyfailafter
crankset installation.
Inspection
1. Check BB shelland removeanyexcess paint,
metal chips,dirtor debris.
2. Insertshaftwithhandleintoright orleftBB shell
opening.Slidetheopposing sideofthegauge
ontotheshaftmoving eachinspectionsurface
intotherightand leftopeningsoftheBB shell.
3. Gentlypress thegaugeintotheBB shelluntil it
is completelyinserted.
Thegaugewillfittightly intotheBB shell.Donot
useahammer or anypounding motiontoinsertthe
gaugeintotheframe!
IftheBBshellisnotinalignmentitwillbe
impossibletoinstallthealignmentgauge.
Note: ThetoleranceofBB shell eccentricis
±0.02mm.
