By purchasing a GEIGER radio-controlled wall transmitter you have decided on a quality
product from GEIGER.

Please observe following instructions in order to avoid damage to this product:

with a damp cloth.

6. Wall transmitter coding
Each wall transmitter of the series GF25.. is individually coded.
The coding is done via a coding switch in the wall transmitter. It should only be changed in
exceptional cases. (see “Create a wall transmitter copy“).
7. Programming a wall transmitter to a GEIGER motor or
an external radio receiver
1. Select the desired channel with the channel selection
keys ( ).
2. Connect the motor to the mains power supply.
The motor makes a short back and forth movement
(1x click-click).
Aftereachinterruptionofthepowersupplythe
programming mode can be activated for
30 minutes.
3. Hold the wall transmitter with the bottom side to the
power cable and press the UP ( ) or DOWN key ( )
for about 3 seconds until the motor conrms with an
audible signal (1x click-click).
4. Hold again the wall transmitter to the power cable and
press UP ( ) or DOWN key ( ) for 1 second.
The motor conrms again (1 x click–click).
Repeat these steps for each desired channel.

8. Programming the sun automatic function to a GEIGER
motor or an external radio receiver
I The operation is to be performed during the 30 minutes after the
powersupplyhasbeenswitchedon.
1. Select the sun automatic channel ( ) with the channel
selection keys ( )
2. In the near range press the UP ( ) or DOWN key ( )
for about 3 seconds until the motor conrms with an
audible signal (1x click-click).
3. Hold the wall transmitter with the bottom side to the
power cable and press the UP ( ) or DOWN key ( )
for 1 second. The motor conrms with an audible signal
(1x click-click).
Then program the wall transmitter in the GEIGER sun/
wind sensor.
4. Hold the bottom side of the wall transmitter on the left
side of the sun/wind sensor, press the UP or DOWN
key – the sun icon of the wall transmitter lights up –
until the red LED of the sun/wind sensor lights up.
9. Sun automatic
To enable / disable the automatic sun function, press the channel selection keys ( )
until the sun icon ( ) lights up.
The sun automatic function is activated with the UP key ( ) and deactivated with the
DOWN key ( ).
10. Createawalltransmittercopy
If you want to create a copy of your wall transmitter with all its
functions (e.g. two identical wall transmitters for two persons),
please proceed as follows:
1. Move both wall transmitters out of theirs holders.
2. Use the same coding on the second transmitter (copy) as the
original one. The keys 7, 8 and 9 are not modied.
3. Put the wall transmitters back on theirs supports.
Thisprocessallowsyoutocreateanunlimitednumberof
copies of the original wall transmitter.

11. Batteryreplacement
If the display doesn‘t light up if actuating one of the control keys, the batteries need to be
replaced. In this case please remove the wall transmitter out of the holder. Make sure that you
use the same type of battery (CR2032). Then put the wall transmitter back on its holder.
12. Assembly
Three options are available for assembling the bottom part
of the wall transmitter:
1 Adhesive xing with adhesive pad (encl.)
2 Wall mounting with 2 screws (dowels and screws
enclosed)
3 Screw mounting on a ush mounting box

15. Disposal
Recyclingofpackagingmaterials
In the interest of environmental protection, please contact your local government’s recycling or
solid waste management department to learn more about the services it provides.

Electronic equipment or batteries cannot be discarded along with the normal household waste.
Keep for more information on the recycling and disposal methods envisaged by the local
regulations in your area.
