Read this manual thoroughly before you start using the product.
The safety precautions instructions reduces the risk of fire, electric shock and
injury when correctly complied to.
Please follow all instructions and take notice of all warnings.

GENERAL SAFETY
The lightning flash with symbol within the
triangle is intended to warn you of a
non-insulated dangerous voltage in the
product’s enclosure that could be of
sucient magnitude to generate a risk of
electric shock to persons.
The exclamation point within the triangle
is intended to warn you to the presence
of important operating and maintenance
instructions in the documents included with
the product.

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and

use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

• It is not intended for commercial/industrial or trade use. Do not use it outdoors.
• Do not use this product for anything other than its intended purpose, and only
use it as described in this manual.
• Misuse of the appliance may result in potential injury, risk of fire and/or electric
shock. We accept no liability for any eventual damages or injury misuse of the
product or noncompliance with the instructions.
• When using the product, it must be on a stable, secure, dry and level surface,
out of children’s reach, to prevent damage or injury.
• DO NOT operate the product under the following conditions:
* In a damp place or in areas with high humidity (such as in a bathroom)
* On or near a hot cooktop, in a heated oven, or near an open flame.
* On a metal tray.
* In confined spaces or under overhanging furniture/structures.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended in this manual may cause
electric shock, fire or personal injuries.
• WARNING: Do not put anything else (such as oversized food, metal foil
packages or utensils) into the baking plate. Doing so may create a fire or
electric shock hazard.

• Do not leave the product unattended when the power is turned on.
• Ensure the product is switched o before removing hot contents it from the
base. Do not move the appliance while it is switched on.
• Always unplug the product from the outlet when it is not in use. To disconnect,
turn o the power at the outlet, then remove the plug from the wall. Grip the
plug when disconnecting, do not pull the cord.
• CAUTION: Unplug the product and allow it to cool before cleaning and
maintenance. To prevent damage to the appliance, do not use abrasive or
alkaline cleaning agents when cleaning. Use a soft cloth and a mild detergent.
• Do not touch any part of the product housing when it is in use. The surfaces get
hot. Only touch the handle. Do not put any part of your hand or body near the
product when it is turned on.
• Take care when handling the product after use.
• WARNING: Do not place your hand inside the product while in use.
• The product heats up and can cause burns. The temperature of accessible
surfaces, especially the products metal parts, can become very hot when the
appliance is operating. Do not touch hot surfaces during or immediately after
use. Use handles.
• Always use oven mitts when handling hot material and allow metal parts to
cool before cleaning.
• Take care when taking out hot contents to avoid injuries.
• The product are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or
separate remote-control system.
• Cooking contents may burn. Therefore this product must not be used near
or below curtains and other combustible materials. They must be watched.

CAUTION: HOT SURFACES
ELECTRICAL SAFETY AND POWER CORD HANDLING
• Before connecting the product to the power supply, make sure your
outlet voltage and circuit frequency correspond to the voltage indicated on
the appliance rating label and your outlet socket is properly earthed. If this is
not the case, do not use the product.
• Do not use any other appliance at the same time on the same electrical circuit
as it may overload the circuit and blow the fuse or breaker.
• To protect against fire and electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, power
base or the toaster itself in water or other liquid. Do not expose the electrical
connections to water.
• Do not kink, bend, squash, strain or damage the power cord and protect it
from sharp edges and heat. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of
a table or benchtop. Do not let it touch hot surfaces. The cord should be run in
such a way that there will be no risk of anyone pulling it inadvertently.
• Do not use an extension cord with this product.
• Do not pick up or operate the appliance if the power supply cord, plug, power
base or toaster housing is damaged, or after it malfunctions or has been
damaged in any manner.
• A damaged cord or plug must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard. In case of damage, contact our after
sales support centre for advice.
This appliances is intended to be used in household and similar applications
such as:
- sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments
- farm houses
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
- bed and breakfast type environments
The appliance must not be immersed.
CAUTION: Do not operate the product on an inclined plane.

Before installing your appliance, read all safety instructions in this manual,
especially the sections on electrical safety and installation.
INSTALLATION
UNPACKING
• When unpacking the appliance, be sure to keep all the packaging materials
until you have made sure your new appliance is undamaged and in good
working order. This product has been packaging to protect itself
against transportation.
• Be sure to remove all packaging materials around the appliance and that
the plastic film used is also removed.
• CAUTION: Plastic wrapping can be a suffocation hazard for babies and young
children. Make sure all packaging materials are out of reach for children and
that they are disposed of correctly.
CAUTION
1. Remove all protective wrappings prior to cooking.
2. If product starts to smoke, turn off the power outlet the product is
connected to immediately.
3. Never attempt to remove hot contents without turning off the power
outlet to turn off the product, then unplugging the product from the
electrical outlet first. Be sure not to damage the internal
mechanism or heating elements when removing hot baked contents.
5. The Samosa Maker is only applicable for cooking Samosa’s.

HOW TO MAKE SAMOSA
Delight in using a vriety of meats, cheeses and vegetables in your Samosa Maker.
1. When using for the first time, wipe the surface of the plates with a damp
cloth and dry with cloth, tissue, etc. The smear the plate with butter,
margarine or cooking fat.
2. Plug in your power plug into the mains wall socket. There are 2 x Indicator
lights. RED for Power on. Green when Appliance is pre-heated and ready
to cook.
3. Close the Samosa maker and prepare the ingredients while the product
is pre-heating.
Note: You may notice slight smoking or ordour, this is normal with most
new appliances.
4. When the Samosa Maker is ready after 5 minutes, the green indicator
light will turn on.
HOW TO USE

5. a. Open the Samosa Maker completely. Place the Samosa mix on the
bottom (base) plate.
b. Add the ingredients you want ontop of the base samosa mix.
c. Place a top layer of samosa mix ontop of the ingredients.

6. Close the lid of the Samosa Maker, Close the locking clip to lock the Lid.
7. Allow 3 to 7 Minutes depending on your taste of cooked Samosa.
(if still not cooked properly, allow more time but closely monitor).
8. Once ready, unlock the locking clip, open the lid.
Remove the baked samosa using a plastic or wooden spatula.
NEVER USE A METAL KNIFE AS THIS WILL DAMAGE NON-STICK COATING.
9. Once removed the samosa, close the lid to preserve the heat until ready to
bake the next Samosa.
10. If you are no longer going to use the Samosa Maker, Unplug the unit from the
mains power outlet and allow the Samosa Maker to completely cool.
11. Once completely cooled, remove the drip tray (underneath base) and clean.

HINTS FOR THE BEST RESULTS
You can use your imagination and choose your favourite ingredients to create
your very own homemade samosa. You can even use dierent types of samosa
at the same time by adding your favourite ingredients to each samosa and
folding it.
MAKING SAMOSA DOUGH (FOR TOP AND BASE OF SAMOSA)
1 or 2 Cups of Flour / 1 tsp Salt / 2 tbsp of Oil / Cold water (to knead)
BASIC CHEESE SAMOSA
1/4 Cup Finely Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup Cooked Chicken, Beef or your favourite Meat torn into thin
shreeds or pieces
1/2 Cup Prepared Salsa
Optional Guacamole or small pieces of avacado
BASIC SAMOSA
1/4 Cup Finely Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup Cooked Chicken, Beef or your favourite Meat torn into thin
shreeds or pieces
Optional Guacamole or small pieces of avacado
VEGGIE SAMOSA
1/4 Cup Finely Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup Precooked or thawed frozen bell pepper, onions or any
combination of your favourite vegetables.
1/2 tsp Mexican or fajita seasonings.
Optional Guacamole or small pieces of avacado
BREAKFAST SAMOSA
1/4 Cup Scrambled Eggs
1/4 Cup Precooked and chopped breakfast sausage
1/4 Cup Salsa
RECEIPES

1. Before cleaning, unplug from the appliance and let the appliance cool
down completely.
2. Wipe the upper and base cooking surface plates with soft dry cloth,
never use metal polish. Make sure to clean the edges of the plate also.
3. Wipe the outside with only a slightly moistened cloth ensuring that not
moisture, oil or grease enters the cooling slots.
THIS PRODUCT AND ACCSESORIES ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE.
4. Dry with a non-abrasive cloth or towel.
DO NOT CLEAN THE PRODUCT INSIDE OR OUTSIDE WITH ANY ABRAISIVE
SCOURING PAD OR STEEL WOOL AS THIS WILL DAMAGE THE UNIT.
DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER OR RINSE THE APPLIANCE UNDER
RUNNING WATER.
