1. BATTERY REMOVAL
WHEN INVERTING THE
GOCYCLE, DO SO ON A
SOFT, NON-MARKING
SURFACE, E.G. CARPET,
TO AVOID DAMAGE TO
THE GOCYCLE
DASHBOARD DISPLAY
1.1. For ease, invert the
Gocycle so that it rests on
its handlebars and
saddle. Remove the
PitstopWheels.
1.2. Ensure that the
battery pack is in sleep
mode.
(See Owner’s
Manual for more
information)
Use a 3mm Allen key to
undo the battery securing
screw, as shown.
1.3. Remove the screw
and battery splash cap.

1.4. Remove both the
black and red Anderson
connectors from within
the frame and unplug
one at a time, as shown.
1.5. Locate the other
Anderson connectors and
unplug.
1.6. Ensure all cables are
unplugged and none are
trapped before
continuing.
1.7. Carefully pull the
battery out of the frame
ensuring the cables do
not get trapped.

1.8. Completely remove
the battery from the
frame.

2. KICKSTAND PREPARATION
2.1. Inspect the stud
location hole for any
overspray of paint.
If the hole is clear and
free from paint, continue
to step 3.1.
2.2. Affix tape to an 8mm
drill bit positioned no
more than 10mm from
the tip.
2.3. Carefully drill the
stud locating hole to
8mm.
Insert the drill no more
than 10mm into the
frame.

3. KICKSTAND INSTALLATION
3.1. Use the supplied stud
installation wire and insert
it through the stud
locating hole.
Leave a short length of
wire protruding from the
stud locating hole and a
long length protruding
from the rear of the
frame, as shown.
3.2. Thread the Kickstand
Stud (B) onto the end of
the stud installation wire
and tie a knot as
demonstrated. Tie the
knot close to the entrance
of the battery hole as
shown.
3.3. Pull the top end of
the stud installation wire
and pull the stud through
the locating hole.
Leave a short tail of wire
protruding out the rear of
the frame, as shown.

3.4. Thread the stud
installation wire through
the Stand Rubber (A) and
install over the stud as
shown.
3.5. Open the legs of the
G2 Kickstand (E), as
shown.
Thread the installation
wire through the
Kickstand body and install
over the Kickstand Stud.
Keep tension on the wire
to ensure the stud
remains protruding from
the frame.

3.6. Now install the M8 SS
Wave Spring (C) over the
stud as shown.
3.7. Install the M8 Thin
Nut SS (D) over the stud
as shown.
3.8. Finger-tighten the
installed M8 nut onto the
Kickstand stud.
Remove the stud
installation wire as shown.
