1. G OCYCLE M ODEL I DENTIFICATION
1.1. Locate t e Gocycle
unique frame number. T e
frame number can be found
on a label on t e left side of
t e Cleandrive, circled.
Note: If a frame number is
not present please contact
Gocycle Tec nical Support at
[e-mail]
for furt er assistance.
Gocycle Frame Number
1.2. For Gocycle frame
numbers (greater t an)
>240000 please proceed to
step 6.
For Gocycle frame numbers
(less t an) <240000 please
proceed to step 2.
Note: Ensure correct
frame number
identification prior to
commencing.

following tools. You can purc ase special KKL tools by t eir tool number detailed below.

3. B ATTERY R EMOVAL
3.1. For ease, invert
t e Gocycle so t at it
rests on its andlebars
and saddle. Remove t e
PitstopW eels.
WHEN INVERTING THE
GOCYCLE, DO SO ON A
SOFT, NON-MARKING
SURFACE, E.G. CARPET,
TO AVOID DAMAGE TO
THE GOCYCLE
DASHBOARD DISPLAY
3.2. Ensure t at t e
battery pack is in sleep
mode. (See Owner’s
Manual for more
information)
Use a 3mm Allen key to
undo t e battery
securing screw, as
s own.
3.3. Remove t e
screw and battery splas
cap.

3.4. Remove bot t e
black and red Anderson
connectors from wit in
t e frame and unplug
one at a time, as s own.
3.5. Locate t e ot er
Anderson connectors and
unplug.
3.6. Ensure all cables
are unplugged and none
are trapped before
continuing.
3.7. Carefully pull t e
battery out of t e frame
ensuring t e cables do
not get trapped.

3.8. Completely
remove t e battery from
t e frame.

4. K ICKSTAND P REPARATION
4.1. Inspect t e stud
location ole for any
overspray of paint.
If t e ole is clear and
free from paint, continue
to step 5.1.
4.2. Affix tape to an
8mm drill bit positioned
no more t an 10mm
from t e tip.
4.3. Carefully drill t e
stud locating ole to
8mm.
Insert t e drill no more
t an 10mm into t e
frame.

5. K ICKSTAND I NSTALLATION
5.1. Use t e supplied
stud installation wire and
insert it t roug t e stud
locating ole.
Leave a s ort lengt of
wire protruding from t e
stud locating ole and a
long lengt protruding
from t e rear of t e
frame, as s own.
5.2. T read t e
Kickstand Stud (B) onto
t e end of t e stud
installation wire and tie a
knot as demonstrated.
Tie t e knot close to t e
entrance of t e battery
ole as s own.
5.3. Pull t e top end of
t e stud installation wire
and pull t e stud t roug
t e locating ole.
Leave a s ort tail of wire
protruding out t e rear
of t e frame, as s own.

5.4. T read t e stud
installation wire t roug
t e Stand Rubber (A)
and install over t e stud
as s own.
5.5. Open t e legs of
t e G2 Kickstand (E), as
s own.
5.6. T read t e
installation wire t roug
t e Kickstand body and
install over t e Kickstand
Stud.
5.7. Keep tension on
t e wire to ensure t e
stud remains protruding
from t e frame.
