RÉSOLUTION DES PROBLÈMES
Unefaçonsimpledevérifiersileséquipementsfonctionnentcorrectement,estdelesdéconnecterde
l'installationetdelestesterdirectementsurleconnecteurd’installationdelaplaque.
Un court-circuit entre differents bornes de l’installation n’endomagera jamais les équipements
connectés.
ORiennefonctionne.
wRappelez-vous qu’après avoir connectée l’alimentation, le système restera inactif pendant 45
secondes.C’estaussilecas,sid’autresunitéssontconnectéesàl’installation.
wVérifier la tension de sortie entre les bornes '–' et '+' de l'alimentation. Celle-ci doit être
comprise entre 17,5 et 18,5Vc.a. Si ce n'est pas le cas, déconnecter l'alimentation de
l'installation et mesurer la tension. Si celle-ci est correcte, possibilité d’un court-circuit.
Déconnecterl’alimentationduréseauetvérifierl’installation.
wSi après ces vérifications le système ne fonctionne toujours pas, mesurer la tension entre les
bornes 'B' et 'CP' du groupe phonique EL520; si la tension est différente à 12Vc.c., changer
lecircuit.
wSilesvérificationsanterieuressontcorrectes,vérifiezlesledsd’autodiagnostic(voirpage36).
OLevolumeaudion'estpassatisfaisant.
wRégler le niveau comme expliqué page 37. En cas d'effet Larsen, réduire le volume jusqu'à
disparition de celui-ci. Si l'effet Larsen disparaît seulement lorsque le volume est au
minimum,ilestpossiblequ'ilyaitunautreproblème.

To place the module EL516SE (or EL 512),
center the hole on the upper side of the module cover with the corresponding
hole in the embedding box.
Lean the circuit on the lower flanges and screw it to the embedding box. In such case there are
more modules of the same type, repeat this procedure further below, or on the next box.

and the microphone of the sound module with
itsownholesinthegrillemodule.
Choose a direction to open the door panel; this selection should
facilitatethedoorpanelwiring.
The opening direction is determined by the location of both hinge
springs,thathave to be introduced throughtheclips which are found
at the end of the headers as it is shown in the picture. For example, if
the springs are placed on the two clips of the lower header, the door
pannel will open downwards; if they are placed on the right clips of
bothheaders,thedoorpanelwill
opentotheleft.
To hold the door panel on the embedding box,
insert the hinge springs into the embedding
boxboltsasshown.

Fit, flush and level it. Then, once it is placed, remove the
protectivelabelsfromthefixationholesofthedoorpanel.
Insertthe lower closing head (markedABAJO) in the lower moduleand fix it by screwingthe module
shafts.
Place the module holder between the lower module and the next module, but make sure that the
holdernotchesareinsidethedoorpanel.Fixthe followingmodulescrewingtheshafts.Repeatthis
procedure in case the door panel has another module (the maximum number of modules linked
verticallyisthree).

conductors (P1 to P8, B and CP) for the push buttons

The CP terminal must be connected to the push buttons
commonterminalandto theCPterminalofthepush buttons
encoder circuit. Attach B terminal with the B terminal of the
encoder.
Join the push buttons entries (P1...P8) with the push buttons
and/orencodercircuits(P)asintheexamplegiven.

For a quality finish, pass the wires through the hole
arranged on the nearest module holder. It is advisable to

usewireswithsectionsbetween0,1and0,25mm .
Twist thecallwiresasshown.The callwiresshouldbe
connected to the sound module El520 or to the
correspondingpushbuttonsencoder.
VERY IMPORTANT: Link the push buttons common terminal
ofthe several push buttonsmodules. The push buttons of
thesamemodulearelinkedfromfactory.
This wire must be connected to the CP terminal of the
sound module EL520 and to the corresponding CP
terminaloftheencodercircuit(ifthereis).

of the sound module EL520, this wire consists of 10

To show that the system is ready for programming, the door panel
and the handset will emit some tones. At this moment it is
possible to establish audio communication. Release the door
releasepushbutton.

To programme the telephone as the main telephone, replace the
handset.
To programme it as slave telephone, press the door release push
buttonandthenreplacethehandset.

tone, replace the handset If a long tone is reproduced then an

Every apartment must have one master unit only; in case of parallel units configure them as slave.

Make a call to check the telephone has been successfully programmed.
Proceedequallywiththerestoftelephones.
Once programming has been finished, set to OFF the programming switch.
If you don’t, the door panel will emit a sound to advise that the system is
stillintotheprogrammingmode.
