thesprayerifabnormalpressureconditionsare
detectedinordertopreventsprayingmaterialthatis
notmixedonratio.
TwopressuretransducersreadtheAandB󰘱uid
pressuresintheoutletmanifoldandsendthe
readingsbacktotheXPPressureTrak.
TheXPPressureTrakmonitorsthedifference
betweentheAandB󰘱uidpressures,alertingthe
userwhenanimbalanceisdetected.Animbalance
maybeduetoaplug,leak,orrunningoutof󰘱uid.
Whenanimbalanceisdetected,theelectricsolenoid
disablestheairmotor,analarmisdisplayedon
thescreen,andtheLEDonthefrontofthedisplay

5.Passthepressuresensor(4aand4b)through
slot(K)andthesolenoid(XE)throughslot(J)in

PressureTrakcover(3).
7.Connectthepressuresensorcablestothe
connectorsonthecircuitboard.NOTE: NOTE:

ofthemanifold.Torquesensornutto40–50
in-lb(54–67N•m).Inserto-ring(11)onpressure
sensor(XD).Lubricateo-ringandinstallintothe
Bside(green)ofthemanifold.Torquesensor
nutto40–50in-lb(54–67N•m).
