CONNECTING
HOSES
Connect fluid hose to nippleonoutlet manifold. Do not
use thread sealer. Connect spray
gun toswivel.
NEVER exceed
120 psi (8 bar) air pressuretopump.
At
120 psi, the pump develops upto 3600 psi (248
bar) fluid pressure. Besure that any hose. valve, etc.,
thatyou use will withstand the pressuresdeveloDed.
Connect
a 112 ID staticgrounded air hose to the 112 npt air
inlet union. You should have
a bleed type master airyalve
in yourair supply line
so that youcan shut off air before it
reaches unit.
