authorized distributor immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts. Use only Lumex replacement parts.
Non-Lumex replacement parts could cause personal injury and damage to the VersaMode™.
WARNING: This product has a maximum weight capacity of 300 lb (130 kg), EVENLY DISTRIBUTED.

INTENDED USE
To provide transport, transfer, and commode functions
with one device.
ASSEMBLY (SEE PICTURE AT RIGHT)
1. Carefully remove components from box.
2. Install back and arm assembly on base and seat
frame assembly by inserting back tubes into
base frame tubes. If necessary loosen, but do not
remove, knobs.
3. Tighten knobs at rear seat until secure — do not
overtighten.
4. Install footrests on base frame footrest brackets.
Lock footrests into place.
5. Slide the commode pail in under the seat from the
back.
WARNING: Before use, ensure all components
are securely installed and VersaMode is
assembled as described above.
OPERATION
Drop Armrests
The VersaMode armrests drop to facilitate transfer. To drop the armrest, pull the release lever outward until
the armrest releases, lift the armrest up out of the socket, then swing it downward.
Lock Rear Casters
The rear casters lock into place to prevent movement. To lock, step on the rear pedal until it latches. To
unlock, step on the rear pedal until it unlatches.
Swing Away / Remove Footrests
The VersaMode footrests swing away or detach to facilitate transfer. To swing the footrest away, depress the
footrest release lever and swing it out of the way. To remove the footrest, swing it away, then lift it up o the
brackets. To lock the footrest in place, swing it in toward the center of the VersaMode until it locks into place.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING: Inspect the VersaMode weekly for proper function and wea; check the t and tightness of
all nuts, bolts and knobs weekly. If any component is not in proper working order or appears worn,
contact your GF authorized distributor for repair and appropriate replacement parts.

Cleaning
Clean the VersaMode with a mild soap and water solution, rinse with clear water, then dry with a soft, clean
cloth. Ensure the VersaMode is well-rinsed before use.
sNOTICE: DO NOT use solvents, abrasive cleaners, or scouring pads on any part of the VersaMode.
sNOTICE: Always clean VersaMode as soon as possible after use. To contain odor until VersaMode
can be cleaned, replace commode lid on commode pail immediately after use.
LIMITED WARRANTY
SCOPE OF WARRANTY
GF Health Products, Inc. (“GF”) warrants to the Original Purchaser only that it will replace or repair components, at GF’s sole discretion, that are defective in material or
workmanship under normal use and service. All warranties are conditioned upon the proper use of the products strictly in accordance with good commercial practice
and applicable GF instructions and manuals, including proper use and maintenance. To the extent that a third party warrants a component, GF conveys all of its rights
under that warranty to the Original Purchaser, to the extent permitted. Original Purchaser is one who purchases this product new and unused from GF or a Certied GF
Dealer/Distributor.
This limited warranty shall only apply to defects that are reported in accordance with the provisions set forth in this warranty document, within the applicable warranty
period and which, upon examination by GF or its authorized representative, prove to be a warranty item. (See Obtaining Warranty Service below) This limited warranty is
not transferable.
The warranted components and time periods are set forth below:

*Labor is not included in the warranty.
‡The warranty period is as designated above. If a part is replaced under warranty, the original warranty period will not be aected. All other replacement parts
will be subject to the warranty period specied.
The applicable warranty period shall commence from date of shipment to the Original Purchaser, unless there is an expiration date on the component in which case the
warranty shall expire on the earlier of warranty period or the expiration date.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Contact the Dealer/Distributor from whom the product was purchased. If there is not a Dealer/Distributor, you must contact GF directly by calling [phone],
sending a fax request to 770-368-4932 or by e-mailing a request to cs@grahameld.com. The Customer Service Representative will provide specic directions. Failure
to abide by the specic directions will result in denial of the warranty claim.
EXCLUSIONS
The warranty does not cover and GF shall not be liable for the following:
1) Defects, damage, or other conditions caused, in whole or in part, by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, accident, freight damage, tampering or failure to seek and
obtain repair or replacement in a timely manner;
2) Products which are not installed, used, or properly cleaned and maintained as required in the ocial manual for the applicable product;
3) Products considered to be of a non-durable nature including, but not limited to: lters, fuses, gaskets, lubricants, and charts;
4) Accessories or parts not provided by GF;
5) Matching of color, grain or texture except to commercially acceptable standards;
6) Changes in color caused by natural or articial light:
7) Charges by anyone for adjustments, repairs, replacement parts, installation or other work performed upon or in connection with such products which are not
expressly authorized in writing, in advance, by GF;
8) Any labor or shipping charges incurred in the replacement part installation or repair;
9) Costs and expenses of regular maintenance and cleaning; and
10) Representations and warranties made by any person or entity other than GF.
ENTIRE WARRANTY, EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES DISCLAIMER
TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS GF’S ONLY WARRANTY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NOT BE VALIDLY WAIVED, GF MAKES NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF ANY MODEL OR SAMPLE WAS SHOWN TO THE CUSTOMER, SUCH MODEL
OR SAMPLE WAS USED MERELY TO ILLUSTRATE THE GENERAL TYPE AND QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT AND NOT TO REPRESENT THAT THE PRODUCT WOULD
NECESSARILY CONFORM TO THE MODEL OR SAMPLE IN ALL RESPECTS. THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS.

USO PREVISTO
Para proporcionar transporte, transferencia, y funciones

ENSAMBLAJE (VÉASE LA ILUSTRACIÓN)
1. Quite cuidadosamente los componentes de la caja.
2. Instale el montaje de respaldo y asiento en el
montaje de marco bajo y asiento insertando los
tubes del respaldo en los tubos del baso. Si es
necesario, aoje, pero no retire, las perillas
3. Apriete las perillas en el asiento trasero hasta que
sean seguras — no las aprietan demasiado.
4. Instale los reposapiés en los soportes del marco
bajo. Trabe los reposapiés en lugar.
5. Resbale el cubo de la cómoda adentro bajo asiento
de la parte posterior.
ADVERTENCIA: Antes de usar, asegúrese que
todos los componentes estén bien sujetos y el
VersaMode está ensamblado como descrito.
OPERACIÓN
Dejar Caer los Apoyobrazos
Los apoyobrazos del VersaMode dejan caer para facilitar transferencia. Para caer los apoyobrazos, tire de
la palanca hacia fuera hasta que los apoyobrazos desenganchan, levante los apoyobrazos para arriba del
zócalo, y hágalos pivotar hacia abajo.
Trabarse de las Ruedas Traseras
Las ruedas traseras se traban en lugar para prevenir el movimiento. Para trabarse, caminar en el pedal
posterior hasta que trabe. Para abrir, caminar en el pedal posterior hasta que abra.
Hacer Pivotar / Separar los Reposapiés
Los reposapiés del VersaMode hacen pivotar lejos o separan para facilitar transferencia. Para hacer pivotar el
reposapié lejos, presione la palanca y hágala pivotar apartada. Para quitar el reposapié, hágalo pivotar lejos,
después levántelo para arriba de los soportes. Para trabar el reposapié en el lugar, hágalo pivotar adentro
hacia el centro del VersaMode hasta que se trabe en lugar.
MANTENIMIENTO
ADVERTENCIA: Revise el VersaMode semanalmente para función propio y uso; asegure que todos los
tuercas, tornillo y tiradores están apretados semanalmente. Si algún componente no está trabajando
correctamente o se parece usado, contacte a su distribuidor autorizado de GF para reparación y
partes reemplazados apropiados.

Limpiando
Limpie el VersaMode con una solución suave de jabón y agua, aclare con agua clara, entonces séquese
con un paño limpio y suave. Asegúrese que el VersaMode esté aclarado bien antes de usar.
sAVISO: NO DEBE usar los solventes, los polvos abrasivos, o los cojines de fregado en cualquier
parte del VersaMode.
sAVISO: Limpie siempre el uso posterior del VersaMode cuanto antes. Para contener olor hasta
que el VersaMode puede ser limpiado, substituya la tapa de la cómoda en la cuba de la cómoda
inmediatamente después del uso.
GARANTÍA LIMITADA

de GF, incluyendo uso apropiado. A la medida que un tercer parte garantia un componente, GF transmite todos nuestros derechos debajo ese
garantia al Comprador Original, a la medida permitido. El comprador original es el quien compra este product nuevo y no usado por GF o un
Distribuidor Certicado.
Esta garantia limitada solamente se aplica por los defectos reportados en conformidad con los proviciones estabalizados en este garantia
documento, dentro del period de garantia applicable y cual con examinacion por GF o su representate autorizado, da prueba del producto en

Clientes. Falla de siguir las dirreciones especicos se resultara en negacion de su reclamacion de garantia.

grácos;
4) Accesorios o piezas no suministradas por GF;
5) Pareo de color, grano o textura except a los acceptables por los normas
6) Cambios en color causado or luz natural o articial
7) Cargos por concepto de ajustes, reparaciones, piezas de recambio, instalación u otro trabajo realizado en o relacionados con tales productos
