NB! There can be remains of detergent on the
pots so they should be rewashed before being
removed from the machine and used.
SPRAY PIPE MOTOR ALARM
The machine is equipped with an alarm
for the spray pipe motor. If the spray pipes
should become blocked for any reason, the
machine comes to a total standstill and all
the lamps on the control panel – .
begin to blink.
If the alarm goes off: Switch the machine
off by pressing the stop button . Open
the doors and check the reason for the
alarm, correct the fault and reclose the
doors, select a new wash programme and
start the machine.
NB! Contact a service engineer if no fault
is found.
OPERATING
The wash programme begins by washing
with/without granules for 1, 3 or 5 minu-
tes followed by washing without granules
for 1 minute and finally a rinse with fresh
water at 85°C for 20 seconds. The air in
the machine is then cooled for 1 minute.
When the rinse or wash tank elements
are activated and the water is being heated,
this is indicated by the lamp lighting under
the rinse or wash tank thermo-
meter. Not in operation simultaneously.
NB! The doors cannot be opened before the
wash programme is completed and the ope-
rating lamp is off.
STOPPING THE MACHINE
WHILE IN OPERATION
Should it be required to stop the machine
before the washing cycle is complete, swit-
ch to washing with water for about 30
seconds to rinse off all granules. Then
press the stop button . The stop button
can be pressed immediately if the pro-
gramme without granules is being used or
if the machine must be stopped in an
emergency.
Programme selection
FILLING THE MACHINE
The bottom valve is closed by pressing the
closing button or by selecting a wash
programme. The machine automatically
starts to fill with water by closing the doors
and selecting a wash programme.
WASH PROGRAMME
1. Select wash time
• Short, 3 minutes.
• Long, 5 minutes.
2. Select washing with granules
or without granules
Washing with granules is selected for
all heavily soiled items. Washing without
granules should be selected for lightly
soiled goods or for perforated trays or
utensils where granules can fasten as well
as for transparent plasticware.
STARTING THE MACHINE
Press the start button . The water tem-
perature in the wash tank should be
at least 60°C (preset thermostat setting is
65°C). Washing at a temperature that is
too low increases the risk for the formation
of foam and the pots will not be cleaned.
There is an ultrashort programme for
lightly soiled utensils. NB! This program-
me will not cope with burnt-on food.
• Ultrashort, + 1 minute. Hold the
button for short programme +
pressed at the same time as pressing the
start button . Lamp starts to
blink to confirm the selection. Washing
must be selected before the ultrashort
programme can be chosen, see point 2.
NB! The machine can be pre-programmed so
that it cannot be started before the temperature
in the tank has reached 60°C. Reprogramming
may only be carried out by qualified engineers.
This temperature limit is already set at the
factory on machines equipped with GDT™.

INSPECTION
OF WASHED POTS
(Picture 7). It is important, as with
all dishwashing, that the staff
must examine the final result.
Remove any granules that may
have fastened or are in corners,
sharp angles and other inacces-
sible recesses.
NB! The plastic in the granules is
approved for use in conjunction
with food.
