zReplacing the batteries
Unscrew the battery compartment cover 3
(see Fig� E) and remove the battery tray 8�
Remove the discharged batteries and
dispose of them properly� Insert the 3 AAA/
LR03 batteries into the battery tray 8
according to the polarity printed on them�
Slide the battery tray 8into the housing 4
of the grill light, making sure that the arrow
on the battery tray 8points towards the
grill light (see Fig� F)� Now screw the battery
compartment cover 3back onto the grill
light�
zGrill light ON/OFF
Switch the grill light on/off by pressing the
ON/OFF switch 5�
zMounting/installing the grill
light
Only suitable for manual operation�
Alternatively, the grill light can be attached
to a metallic surface with the magnet 6
(see Fig� B)� Make sure the surface is
smooth and level to ensure stable
positioning� Sensitive surfaces must be
protected before installing the grill light to
avoid damage to the surface�
zCleaning and storage
Turn off the product by pressing the ON/
OFF switch 5if you want to clean it or do
not want to use and store it� (see Fig� A)
Inspect the grill light periodically for soiling�
Remove any dirt to ensure proper
functioning of grill light�
Clean parts 1to 5(see Fig� A) of the
grill light with a lint-free, slightly damp cloth
and mild detergent� The battery tray 8
may only be cleaned with a dry cloth to
prevent damage from moisture� (see Fig� D)
Caution!
Ensure that the screw connection
of the exible 360° goose neck 1above
the ON/OFF switch 5does not come loose
during cleaning� Any wires within could
break off and damage the grill light or cause
a short circuit� (see Fig� A)
