1. INTRODUCCIÓN
Estimado cliente:
Agradecemos su confianza al adquirir uno de nuestros más modernos
productos. Con el pulverizador KEEPER FOREST 10 dispone usted de un
aparato de calidad y seguridad garantizadas. Este equipo está diseñado
para mejorar la eficiencia del trabajo de pulverización y reducir su esfuerzo.
Para el uso adecuado y seguro de esta mochila eléctrica, le recomendamos
que lea atentamente este manual de instrucciones, atendiendo a todas las
recomendaciones y advertencias de seguridad.

USO CONFORME A LO PREVISTO
Este pulverizador está indicado para la aplicación de productos fitosanitarios
diluidos en agua según las especificaciones de los fabricantes de los mismos,
utilice el aparato sólo como se describe a continuación, cualquier uso distinto
no se considera conforme al previsto y puede entrañar riesgo de accidentes.
El fabricante no se responsabiliza de los daños derivados por un uso no
conforme al previsto.

3. PUESTA EN MARCHA
Siga los siguientes pasos para poner su mochila en funcionamiento:
• Conecte la lanza a la manguera de la mochila y, si es necesario, instale la
campana de protección (accesorio incluido).
• Instale el accesorio porta-lanzas en su alojamiento del depósito [ver g.1].

• Inserte el pack batería ref. 14146 en su alojamiento, para ello deberá abrir
el registro situado en la parte posterior del pulverizador e insertarlo en
la posición correcta hasta que la palanca de bloqueo/desbloqueo quede
bloqueada [ver g.2].
NO OLVIDE APAGAR EL EQUIPO AL FINALIZAR EL TRABAJO.
AL SOLTAR LA MANETA LA BOMBA
SE DETIENE AUTOMÁTICAMENTE.

4. MANTENIMIENTO
DEPÓSITO Y CONDUCCIONES
Limpiar el aparato y sus conducciones después de cada uso, con agua limpia.
Vacíe completamente el depósito. Nunca deje el pulverizador almacenado con
productos fitosanitrios en el depósito, conducciones o bomba.
NO UTILICE DISOLVENTES, ÁCIDOS
O PRODUCTOS ABRASIVOS.
FILTROS
• El correcto mantenimiento de los filtros es la mejor garantía para un buen
funcionamiento de su mochila. Limpie estos filtros de forma periódica
(cada jornada de trabajo) y sustitúyalos si presentan algún desperfecto.

RECARGA Y MANTENIMIENTO DE LA BATERÍA
SE RECOMIENDA RECARGAR LA BATERÍA DESPUÉS DE CADA JORNADA
DE TRABAJO.
Nunca recargar la batería a temperaturas extremas, el rango de temperaturas
de carga es de 0oC a 40oC. Es recomendable antes de iniciar la recarga esperar
un tiempo hasta que la batería se enfríe.
Es normal que el cargador se caliente ligeramente durante el proceso de carga.
En caso de largos periodos de inactividad, es recomendable extraer la batería
del pulverizador y almacenarla a media carga en un lugar seco y a temperatura
estable (rango ideal de 5oC a 15oC), también es recomendable vigilar el estado de
carga al menos una vez cada seis meses y si procede realizar la recarga oportuna.
En la batería, el indicador luminoso tiene el siguiente significado:

MOTOR Y BOMBA
El motor y la bomba, así como el interruptor de
presión, son elementos sensibles sometidos a desgaste,
están integrados en un solo módulo y necesitan
mantenimiento preventivo para alargar su vida útil.
Para conservar el cabezal de la bomba en buen estado de funcionamiento,
después de cada aplicación, haga funcionar la mochila con agua limpia en
circuito abierto durante algunos minutos.
Nunca deje la bomba con productos fitosanitarios en su interior más de 8 horas,
estos productos pueden precipitar o aglutinarse provocando obstrucciones
y un mal funcionamiento de la misma. Además si estos productos contienen
concentraciones considerables de disolventes orgánicos o solventes, dañaran
los elementos internos de la misma.
No use ningún tipo de ácido corrosivo, en caso de hacerlo por accidente,
inmediatamente limpie el depósito y el circuito con agua pura haciéndola
circular en circuito abierto durante algún tiempo.
Para conservar el motor, no sumerja el pulverizador en ningún tipo de líquido
y protéjalo de la humedad en la medida de lo posible. Este motor es un
motor con escobillas de corriente continua, su desgaste y vida útil dependerá
exclusivamente de lo anteriormente mencionado, de la temperatura ambiente
y la presión media de trabajo.
NO ABRA LA BATERÍA NI ACERQUE A FUENTES DE
CALOR. DEPOSITE LAS BATERÍAS INSERVIBLES EN UN
PUNTO DE RECOGIDA AUTORIZADO.

5. CONSIDERACIONES DE SEGURIDAD
• En la preparación y aplicación de productos fitosanitarios utilice siempre
el equipo de protección adecuado.
• Trabaje siempre en perfecto equilibrio sobre sus pies.
• No coma, beba o fume mientras manipula estos productos y evite que
entren en contacto directo con la piel.
• Lea detenidamente las instrucciones del etiquetado de los productos
empleados.
• Para la preparación de las mezclas, utilice recipientes adecuados.
• Una vez finalizada la aplicación, limpie la mochila y sus conducciones con
agua pura.
• Lávese manos y cara y cámbiese de ropa.
• Respete las buenas prácticas agrícolas, evitando tratar con viento o en
horas de temperatura elevada.
• Mantenga a los niños, espectadores, animales, etc. a una distancia prudencial.
• En caso de intoxicación, no deje sola a la persona afectada. Lave con
agua abundante las zonas afectadas y retire la ropa contaminada. Acuda
inmediatamente al médico con la etiqueta del producto.

8. DECLARACIÓN DE CONFORMIDAD
En cumplimiento con lo dispuesto en la Directiva Máquinas (89/392/CEE,
91/368/CEE) y en la Ley 21/1992 de Industria, el fabricante declara que este
equipo ha sido diseñado y probado de forma que cumple con las normas de
Salud e Higiene que le son exigibles.
Todos los materiales y componentes han superado las correspondientes
pruebas de calidad para ser montados y puestos en servicio con seguridad.

7. GARANTÍA
Este Pulverizador dispone de 2 años de garantía desde la fecha de la compra.
Guarde la factura o el comprobante de caja como justificante de compra. La
garantía solo cubre los defectos de fabricación o del material, pero no cubre
los daños de transporte, piezas sujetas a desgaste y los daños sufridos durante
el uso por las piezas frágiles como por ejemplo batería, válvulas, membranas,
motor, boquillas, juntas, etc. Este producto ha sido diseñado para su uso
en aplicación de productos fitosanitarios diluidos en agua a los porcentajes
recomendados por los fabricantes de los mismos.
En caso de manipulación indebida e incorrecta, uso de la fuerza, uso no
conforme al previsto y de abrir o manipular de forma indebida el pulverizador
por personas no autorizadas, la garantía pierde su validez. Esta garantía no
reduce en forma alguna sus derechos legales. Por el mero hecho de hacer uso
de la garantía no implica la prolongación de su periodo de validez. Ello rige
también para piezas sustituidas o reparadas. Los posibles daños y defectos
detectados al comprar el producto, se han de notificar de inmediato o como
muy tarde dos días después de la fecha de compra. Finalizado el periodo de
garantía, las reparaciones se han de abonar.

sprayer KEEPER FOREST 10 you have a device with quality & safety guaranteed.
This equipment is designed to improving work efficiency and reduce spray
effort. For proper & safe use of this electric power pack, we recommend
that you read this instruction manual, attending all the recommendations and
safety warnings.

3. STARTING UP
Follow the steps below to put your backpack running:
• Attach the LANCE to the hose of the pack and, if necessary, install the
protective hood (accessory included).
• Install the accessory lance holder in the deposit housing. [see g.1].

• Insert the battery pack ref. 14146 in its housing, to do this you should
open the log at the back of the sprayer and insert it into the correct
position until the lever lock/unlock is locked. [see g.2].
MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF THE MACHINE WHEN YOU FINISH.

4. MAINTENANCE
TANK AND PIPES
Clean the instrument and its pipes after each use, with clean water. Empty
the tank complete. Never leave the sprayer phytosanitaries products stored
in the tank, pipes or pump.
FILTERS
• Proper filter maintenance is the best guarantee for a smooth operation
of your backpack. Clean these filters regularly (every working day) and
replace if a damaged.

CHARGE AND BATTERY MAINTENANCE
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO CHARGE THE BATTERY AFTER EACH WORKING DAY
Never charge the battery with extreme temperatures, the charging
temperature range is between 0°C to 40°C. It is recommended before starting
the charge wait a while until the battery gets cool. It is normal for the charger
to warm up slightly during charging.

For extended periods of inactivity, you should remove the battery from the
sprayer and store at half load in a dry and stable temperature (ideal range of 5°C
to 15°C), it is also advisable to monitor the state of charge at least once every six
months and proceed to charge, if necessary.
In the battery, the indicator light has the following meaning:

MOTOR & PUMP
The motor, the pump and the pressure switch are sensitive
items subject to wear, they are integrated into a single
module and need preventive maintenance to extend.
To keep the pump head in proper operating condition
after each application, run the sprayer with clean water in open circuit for a
few minutes.
Never let the pump with phytosanitaries inside over 8 hours, these products
may precipitate or agglutinate causing clogging and malfunction thereof.
Furthermore, if such products contain significant concentrations of organic
solvents or solvents will damage the internal elements thereof.

Do not use any corrosive acid, and if you do so by accident, immediately clean
the tank and clean the circuit with clean water in open circuit circulating it
for some time.
To preserve the engine, do not put it in any kind of liquid and protect it from
moisture as far as possible. This motor is a motor with brushes, continuous
current DC motor, its wear and life depends exclusively on the above
mentioned items & remarks, the temperature and the working pressure.
5. SECURITY CONSIDERATIONS
• While the preparation and application of pesticides always use appropriate
protective equipment.
• Always work in perfect balance on your feet.
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling these products and avoid direct
contact with skin.
• Read very Carefully the instructions over labels of products employed
• For the preparation of the mixtures, use accurate containers.
• After application & working, clean the knapsack & pipes with pure water.
• Wash hands and face and change clothes.
• Observe good agricultural practices, avoiding dealing with wind or
elevated temperature.
• Keep children, bystanders, animals, etc. In a prudent distance.
• In case of poisoning, do not leave the affected person alone. Flush with
much water affected areas and remove contaminated clothing. Seek
immediate medical attention to the product label.

8. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
In compliance with the provisions of the Machinery Directive (89/392/EEC,
91/368/EEC) and Law 21/1992 of Industry, the manufacturer declares that
this equipment has been designed and tested so that it meets Health and
Hygiene that are enforceable.
All materials and the corresponding components passed quality tests to be
assembled and put into service safely.

7. WARRANTY
This sprayer has 2 year warranty from date of purchase. It has been carefully
manufactured and tested before delivery. Save the invoice or receipt as proof
of purchase. The warranty only covers defects in manufacturing and material,
but does not cover shipping damage, parts subject to wear and damage
during use fragile components such as battery, valves, membranes, motor,
nozzles, gaskets, etc.
This product has been designed for use in crop protection product application
diluted in water for the manufacturers recommended percentages thereof.
In case of abusive and improper handling, use of force, CONTRARY use and
open or improperly manipulate the spray by unauthorized persons, the
warranty becomes invalid. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights
in any way. By the mere fact of a warranty do not imply an extension of
its period of validity. This applies also to replaced or repaired. Any damage
and defects extant on buying the product, shall be reported immediately or
no later than two days after the purchase date. After the warranty period,
repairs will have to pay.
