Thank you for choosing a Hama product.
Take your time and read the following instructions and
information completely. Please keep these instructions in a
safe place for future reference.
1. Explanation of Warning Symbols and Notes

draw your attention to specic hazards and risks.

2. Package Contents

3. Safety Notes
•The product is intended for private, non-commercial use
only.
•Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating,
and only use it in a dry environment.
•Keep this product, as all electrical products, out of the
reach of children!
•Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any
major shocks.
•Do not operate the product outside the power limits
given in the specications.
•Do not open the device or continue to operate it if it
becomes damaged.
•Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children
due to the risk of suffocation.
•Dispose of packaging material immediately according to
locally applicable regulations.
•Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids
the warranty.
Warning - Batteries
•When inserting the rechargeable batteries, always
make sure that the polarity is correct (“+” and
“-” markings). Failure to do so could result in the
rechargeable batteries leaking or exploding.
•Never open, damage or swallow batteries or allow
them to enter the environment. They can contain
toxic, environmentally unfriendly heavy metals.
•Do not allow batteries/rechargeable batteries to
discharge completely.
•Do not tamper with or damage/heat/disassemble the
batteries/rechargeable batteries.
•Do not short circuit the batteries/rechargeable
batteries and keep them away from uncoated metal
objects.
4. Startup and Operation
4.1 Preparing the Controller
•Remove the original battery cover from the Controller.
•Insert one of the rechargeable batteries with integrated
battery compartment cover, observing the correct
polarity. You will hear the rechargeable battery click into
place when it has been inserted correctly.
•To remove the rechargeable battery, press the opening
symbol and slide the rechargeable battery out of the
Controller in the direction of the arrow.
4.2 Charge
•Connect the micro USB cable to the micro USB port (3)
of the charging station.
•Connect the USB A plug with a free USB port on the
console. The charging station is now ready for use.
•Turn the Controller upside down, so that the installed
rechargeable battery pack is facing downwards, and
insert it in the charging cradle (1) such that the charging
pins make proper contact with the charging contacts (4).
•The corresponding status LED lights up in a constant
green light to indicate that the controller is being
charged.
•Once charging is complete, the LED goes out, meaning
that you can remove the controller from the charging
station.

4.3 Using the Charge & Play function
The Charge and Play function allows simultaneous gaming
and charging of the rechargeable battery pack, so that
you don’t have to interrupt your gaming fun because of an
empty battery.
•To use the Charge and Play function, connect a Micro
USB cable or the one enclosed to the Micro USB port of
the rechargeable battery pack and a free USB interface
on your console.
•After connecting the battery pack, a green LED next to
the Micro USB port indicates that the device is charging.
•The green LED goes out as soon as the charging process
is complete, meaning that the cable connection can be
disconnected again.
Note
The charging time required to charge one or both
rechargeable batteries is approx. 5 hours without
parallel operation.
5. Care and Maintenance
Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth
and do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

Nehmen Sie sich Zeit und lesen Sie die folgenden
Anweisungen und Hinweise zunächst ganz durch.
Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung anschließend an
einem sicheren Ort auf, um bei Bedarf darin nachschlagen

Warnung - Akkus
•Beachten Sie unbedingt die korrekte Polarität
(Beschriftung + und -) der Akkus und legen Sie diese
entsprechend ein. Bei Nichtbeachtung besteht die
Gefahr des Auslaufens oder einer Explosion der
Akkus.
•Akkus und Batterien nie öffnen, beschädigen,
verschlucken oder in die Umwelt gelangen lassen. Sie
können giftige und umweltschädliche Schwermetalle
enthalten.
•Tiefentladen Sie Akkus/Batterien nicht.
•Verändern und/oder deformieren/erhitzen/zerlegen
Sie Akkus/Batterien nicht.
•Schließen Sie Akkus/Batterien nicht kurz und halten
Sie sie von blanken Metallgegenständen fern.
4. Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb
4.1 Vorbereitung des Controllers
•Entfernen Sie den originalen Batteriedeckel des
Controllers.
•Setzen Sie einen der Akkus mit integrierter
Batteriefachabdeckung in der richtigen Polung ein. Ein
Einrasten verrät Ihnen das richtige Einlegen des Akkus.
•Zum Herausnehmen des Akkus drücken sie auf
das Öffnungssymbol und schieben Sie den Akku in
Pfeilrichtung aus dem Controller.
4.2 Laden
•Schließen Sie das Micro-USB Kabel an die Micro-USB
Buchse (3) der Ladestation an.
•Verbinden Sie den USB-A-Stecker mit einem freien USB-
Port der Konsole. Die Ladestation ist jetzt betriebsbereit.
•Stecken Sie den Controller kopfüber mit dem
eingesetzten Akku-Pack nach unten in die Ladebuchten
(1) ein, so dass die Ladestifte die entsprechenden
Ladekontakte (4) sauber kontaktieren.
•Die jeweilige Status LED signalisiert einen
ordnungsgemäßen Ladevorgang mit grünem Dauerlicht.
•Ist der Ladevorgang beendet, erlischt die LED und der
Controller kann aus der Ladestation entfernt werden.
