Vămulţumim căaţioptat pentru un produs Hama.
Pentru început vărugămsăvălăsațipuțin timp șisăcitițicomplet următoarele
instrucțiuni șiindicații. Vărugămsăpăstraţimanualul de utilizarelaloc sigur pentru o
consultareulterioarăîn caz de nevoie. În caz de înstrăinareaaparatului vărugămsă
predațișiacest manual noului proprietar.
1. Explicarea simbolurilor de avertizare șiindicații
Avertizare
Se folosește la marcarea instrucțiunilor de siguranță sau la concentrarea atenției în
caz de pericol șiriscuri mari.
Instrucțiune
Se folosește pentru marcarea informațiilor șiinstrucțiunilor importante.

3. Instrucțiuni de siguranță
•Produsul este conceput numai pentru utilizareprivatășinuprofesională.
•Evitaţifolosirea produsului în imediata apropiereasistemului de încălzire, aaltor
surse de căldurăsau în radiația solarădirectă.
•Acest aparat, ca de altfel toatăaparaturaelectronică,nuare ce căuta în mâinile
copiilor!
•Nu lăsațiprodusul săcadășinuîlsupunețitrepidațiilor puternice.

•Nu exploataţiprodusul în afaralimitelor de putereindicate în datele tehnice.
•Nu folosiţiprodusul în zone unde nu sunt admise aparate electronice.

sau inuențanegativ înprejurimile.

•Acumulatorul este montat xșinupoate demontat, salubrizațiprodusul ca un
întreg conform prevederilor legale.
•Nu lăsațicopiii săse joace cu materialul pachetului, prezintăpericol de sufocare.
•Reciclarea materialului pachetului se executăcomform normelor locale de
salubrizareînvigoare.
•Nu executaţimodicări la aparat. În acest fel pierdeţiorice drept la garanţie.
4. Punerea în funcţiune şiutilizarea
Indicaţie –protejat împotriva stropirii cu apă
•Acest produs este protejat complet împotriva stropirii cu apă,conform IPX4 şi,
astfel, este adecvat şipentru utilizarea în aer liber,baie, bucătărie, etc.
•Protecţia este asiguratănumai când capacul (7) al portului este închis. Imediat
ce este conectat un cablu (USB) sau capacul (7) al portului nu este închis bine,
nu mai este garantatăprotecţia împotriva stropirii cu apă,iar aparatul poate 
deteriorat.
•Nu folosițiprodusul în cazul unor ploi puternice, sub apă,laduș,lasporturi de
apă,etc.
4.1 Pornire/oprire
•Apăsaţitasta funcţională(1) şimenţineţi-o apăsatătimp de cca. 4secunde pentru
aporni/opri difuzorul. Se emite un semnal acustic şiLED-ul de stare(4) se aprinde
intermitent/ se stinge.
Indicaţie –oprirea automată
Aveţiînvederefaptul cădupă10 minute fărănicio acţiune (fărăredareaudio/
fărăfuncţie
Bluetooth® ), difuzorul se opreşte.

4.2 Încărcarea acumulatorului
Avertizare–acumulator
•Pentru încărcarefolosiținumai încărcătoareadecvate cu porturi USB.
•În general nu mai utilizaţiîncărcătoarele sau porturile USB defecte șinuîncercați
săle reparați.
•Evitaţidepozitarea, încărcarea şiutilizarea la temperaturi extreme.
•La odepozitaremai îndelungată,efectuaţiîncărcarea la intervale regulate (cel
puțin trimestrial).
•Înainte de prima utilizare, efectuaţioîncărcarecompletăadifuzorului.
•Racordaţicablul de încărcaremicro-USB, livrat odatăcu produsul, la portul micro-
USB (3) al difuzorului.
•Racordaţişaliberăacablului de încărcaremicro-USB la un încărcător USB adecvat.
În acest sens vărugămsărespectațiinstrucțiunile de utilizareale încărcătorului USB
utilizat.
•Pe parcursul procesului de încărcare, LED-ul de stare (4) este aprins constant roşu.
Indicaţie –procesul de încărcare
•Un proces de încărcarecompletădureazăaprox. 4–5ore.
•Acumulatorul difuzorului poate încărcat atât în starea pornită,cât şiînstarea
oprită.
•Atunci când capacitatea acumulatorului scade sub 10% se emite un semnal
acustic dublu. Aceastăinformaţie oprimiţinumai dacădifuzorul este pornit.
•Durata de funcţionareefectivăaacumulatorului variazăîn funcţie de utilizarea
aparatului, de reglaje şidecondiţiile ambientale (acumulatorii au oduratăde
serviciu limitată).
4.3 Redare audio prin cablul audio ataşat (jack 3,5 mm)
•Asigurați-văcădifuzorul este oprit.
•Racordaţiaparatul dvs. terminal mobil (MP3 player,smartphone, etc.) la intrarea
AUX (2) adifuzorului prin intermediul cablului audio de 3,5 mm ataşat.
•Reglaţivolumul aparatului dvs. terminal la un nivel redus.
•Porniţidifuzorul -dupăcum este descris la
4.1 Pornire/oprire .LED-ul de stare(4)
se aprinde albastru.
•Porniţişicomandaţiînmod corespunzător redarea audio la aparatul terminal
racordat.
•Pentru amări sau reduce volumul sonor învârtițiregulatorul la stânga sau la dreapta.

Aveţiînvederefaptul căatunci când cablul audio este introdus, nu este posibilă
congurarea unei conexiuni

4.4 Prima conexiune

4.5 Conexiune

•Controlațidacăexistădiferite obstacole careafecteazăraza de acoperire. Dacă
da, poziționațiaparatele mai aproape unul de altul.
•Controlaţidacăeste introdus cablul audio la aparat. Dacăda, îndepărtaţi-l.
4.6 Redare audio (prin
Bluetooth® )
Porniţişicomandaţiînmod corespunzător redarea audio la aparatul terminal conectat.
Alternativ este posibilăcomanda redării audio şideledifuzor (în măsuraîncareacest
lucru este suportat de aparatul conectat).
•Apăsaţitasta funcţională(1), pentru aporni sau aopri redarea audio.
•Pentru atrece la titlul următor sau anterior glisațipetouchpad de la stânga la
dreapta sau de la dreapta la stânga.
•Pentru amări sau reduce volumul sonor învârtițiregulatorul la stânga sau la dreapta.

4.7 Funcţia hands-free
Existăposibilitatea de utilizareadifuzorului ca pe un dispozitiv hands-free pentru
telefonul dvs. mobil. Pentru aceastăfuncţie, telefonul mobil trebuie săeconectat prin
Bluetooth® cu difuzorul.
•Apăsaţiodatătasta funcţională(1), pentru aaccepta un apel de intrare.
•Pentru arefuzaunapel careintrăapăsațidedouăori tasta (1).
Indicaţie –calitatea convorbirii
•Aveţigrijăca în timpul unui apel săvăaaţicutelefonul dvs. mobil în
apropierea difuzorului, pentru aîmbunătăţicalitatea convorbirii.
4.8 Regim sunet
Tasta regimului de sunet (8) permite adaptarea sunetului atât la condițiile din clădiri
cât șilacele din aer liber.Oapăsarepetastăduce la comutarea regimului de sunet,
regimul activ (Indoor/Outdoor) este așat de LED-ul de statut (5) al regimului de sunet.
4.9 True Wireless Stereo –Conectarea adouăHama Cubes pentru sunet
stereo
•Pornițiambele difuzoareconform descrierii din
4.1 Pornire/Oprire .
Indicație –Master
•Difuzorul pornit primul este Master-ul.
•La utilizarea unui singur difuzor acesta devine automat Master.
•Dupăaceea, apăsațișiținețiapăsat butonul mod de sunet (7) pe ambele difuzoare,
pânăcând auzițiunsemnal acustic. Apoi, ambele difuzoaresevor conecta întreele
automat.
•Efectuațicuaparatul nal oconectare
Bluetooth
®cu unul dintredifuzoare.
•Plasațidifuzorul Master în stânga dumneavoastră.Plasațialdoilea difuzor în
dreapta dumneavoastră.
5. Întreţinere şirevizie
•Curățațiacest produs numai cu ocârpăfărăscame, puțin umedășinufolosiți
detergențiagresivi. Avețigrijăsănu intreapăîn produs.
6. Excludere de garanție
Hama GmbH &CoKGnuîşiasumănici orăspunderesau garanție pentru pagube
cauzate de montarea, instalarea sau folosirea necorespunzătoareaprodusului sau

•The product is intended for private, non-commercial use only.
•Do not use the product in the immediate vicinity of heaters or other heat sources or
in direct sunlight.
•Keep this product, as all electrical products, out of the reach of children!
•Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.
•Do not operate the product outside the power limits given in the specications.
•Do not use the product in areas wherethe use of electronic devices is not permitted.
•Be considerate. Loud volumes can have adetrimental effect on your surroundings.

•Since the battery is integrated and cannot be removed, you will need to dispose of

4. Getting Started and Operation
Note –splash proof
•This product is splash proof on all sides as dened in IPX4, meaning that it is
ideal for use outdoors or in bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
•This protection only works when the connection cover (7) is closed. If acable
(audio, USB) is connected or the connection cover (7) is not closed properly,
splash protection cannot be guaranteed and the device could be damaged.
•Do not use the product in heavy rain, under water,inthe shower or for water
sports, etc.
4.1 Switching the product on and off
•Press and hold the function button (1) for about 4seconds to switch the speaker
on or off.Anacoustic signal will sound and the status LED (4) willstart ashing or
go off.
Note –Automatic shutdown
Note that the speaker will automatically switch off after 10 minutes without
action (no audio playback/no
Bluetooth® function).
4.2 Charging the battery
Warning –Rechargeable battery
•Only use suitable charging devices with USB connections for charging.
•As arule, do not use charging devices or USB connections that aredefective and
do not try to repair them yourself.
•Avoid storing, charging or using batteries in extreme temperatures.
•When stored for along period of time, batteries should be charged regularly (at
least every three months).

•Charge the speaker fully beforeusing it for the rst time.
•Connect the included Micro-USB charging cable to the speaker’sMicro-USB port (3).
•Connect the unused connector on the Micro-USB charging cable to asuitable USB
charger.Please refer to the operating instructions for the USB charger used.
Note –Charging
•It takes approx. 4–5hours to completely charge the product.
•The speaker’sbattery can be charged whether the speaker is on or off.
•If the battery capacity is less than 10%, the speaker will emit two acoustic
signals. Youwill only receive this information if the speaker is on.
•The actual battery life varies depending on use of the device, the settings and the
ambient conditions (rechargeable batteries have alimited service life).
4.3 Audio playback via the included audio cable (3.5 mm jack)
•Ensurethat the speaker is switched off.
•Connect your mobile terminal device (MP3 player,smartphone, etc.) and the AUX
input (2) of the speaker using the included 3.5 mm audio cable.
•Set the volume on your terminal device to alow level.
•Switch on the speakers as described in
4.1, Switching the product on and off.
The status LED (4) is now green.
•Start and control audio playback on the connected terminal device accordingly.
•Turn the rotary control to the left or right to increase or decrease the volume.
Note
Please note that you cannot establish the
Bluetooth® connection described under
4.4 and 4.5 if an audio cable is connected.

Bluetooth® pairing
Note
•Check whether your mobile device (MP3 player,mobile phone, etc.) is
Bluetooth® capable.
•If not, you can only use the speaker for playback using the included audio cable.
•Note that the maximum range for
Bluetooth® is 10 metres without obstacles
such as walls, people, etc.

•Make surethat your
Bluetooth® capable terminal device is on and Bluetooth® is
activated.
•Make surethat the speaker is located within the
Bluetooth® range of max. 10
metres.
•Switch on the speakers as described in
4.1 Switching the product on and off.
•The status LED (4) starts to ash in blue. The speaker searches for aconnection.
•Open the
Bluetooth® settings on your terminal device and wait until Hama
Soundcup-L appears in the list of
Bluetooth® devices found.
•Select Hama Soundcup-L and wait until the speaker is listed as connected in
the
Bluetooth® settings on your terminal device. An acoustic signal conrms that
connection was successful.
•The status LED (4) now remains blue.
Note –
Bluetooth® password
•Some terminal devices requireapasswordinorder to connect to another
Bluetooth® device.
•If your terminal device requests apasswordfor connection to the speaker,enter
0000.
Note
•The speaker always stores the last eight terminal devices paired.
•The speaker will automatically connect to the last terminal device paired when it
is switched on the next time.
4.5 Automatic
Bluetooth® connection (after successful pairing)
•Make surethat your
Bluetooth® capable terminal device is on and Bluetooth® is
activated.
•Make surethat the speaker is located within the
Bluetooth® range of max. 10
metres.
•Switch on the speakers as described in
4.1 Switching the product on and off.
•After successful connection, the status LED (4) will light up in blue. An acoustic
signal conrms that connection was successful.

Note –Connection impaired
•After the speaker and terminal device have been paired, aconnection is
established automatically.Ifthe
Bluetooth® connection is not established
automatically,check the following:
•Check the
Bluetooth® settings of your terminal device to see whether Hama
Soundcup-L is connected. If not, repeat the steps listed under
Bluetooth®
pairing.
•Check whether your terminal device and the speaker areless than 10 metres
apart. If not, move them closer together.
•Check whether obstacles areimpairing the range. If so, move the devices closer
together.
•Check whether the audio cable is connected to the speaker.Ifso, disconnect it.
4.6 Audio playback (via
Bluetooth® )
Start and control audio playback on the connected terminal device accordingly.
Alternatively,audio playback can also be controlled on the speaker (if the connected
device supports this function).
•Press the function button (1) to start or pause audio playback.
•Swipe from left to right or right to left on the touchpad to go to the next or previous
track.
•Turn the rotary control to the left or right to increase or decrease the volume.
4.7 Hands-free function
Youcan use the speaker as ahands-free set for your mobile phone. Forthis function,
the mobile phone must be connected to the speaker via
Bluetooth® .
•Press the function button (1) once to answer an incoming call.
•Press the button (1) twice to reject the incoming call.
Note –Call quality
To increase the call quality,make surethat you arenear the speaker with your
mobile phone during the call.
4.8 Sound mode
The ‘Sound mode’ button (8) enables optimum adjustment of the sound to suit the
requirements both indoors and outdoors. Pressing the button will change the sound
mode; the active mode (Indoor/Outdoor) is displayed on the sound mode status LED
(5).

•Afterwards, push and hold the sound-mode-button (7) on both speakers, until
