4. Getting started and operation
4.1 Switching on/off
•Use Power(1) to switchonthe speaker.
Power (1)isinthe ON position. Theblue
LED display (3) lightsup.
•Start audio playback on theconnected
terminal deviceaccordingly.
Note–Automatic shutdown
Note that the speaker will automatically
switchoff after 10 minutes without
action.
4.2 Chargingthe battery

•Onlyuse suitable chargingdeviceswith
USB connections for charging.
•Asarule, do not use charging devices
or USB connections that are defective
and do nottry to repairthem yourself.
•Avoid storing,chargingorusing
batteries in extreme temperatures.
•Whenstoredfor along period of time,
batteries should be charged regularly
(at leastevery three months).
•Chargethe speakerfully beforeusing it for
the rst time.
•Connectthe included Micro-USB charging
cable to the speaker’sMicro-USB port(5).
•Connectthe unusedconnector on the
Micro-USBcharging cable to asuitable
USB charger.Please refer to the operating
instructions for theUSB chargerused.
•The Chargingstatus LED (6) isconstantly lit
redduring charging.
•Whenthe battery is fully charged,the
Charging status LED(6) willgoout.
