SUPERIOR EQUIPMENT ON YOUR TERMS
Despite its small size, the inflator is of huge importance for your lifejacket’s
performance. The inflator’s mission is to puncture the gas cylinder and give your
lifejacket full buoyancy when you need it. The Hammar M2 Inflator has some
unique features that are designed to improve your safety, even during the roughest
conditions at sea.
FEATURES OF THE HAMMAR LIFEJACKET INFLATOR
The Hammar M2 Inflator has a unique low-profile design and is light in weight. The
inflator is developed to meet the requirements for both commercial and leisure users.
The Hammar M2 is strictly manual and will not activate when partially or completely
submerged in water. Only you decide when and where you would like the inflator to
activate.

HOW DOES THE HAMMAR INFLATOR WORK?
Activate the Hammar Inflator manually by using the pull-tab, and the lifejacket will
reach full buoyancy within seconds. The inflator is designed to ensure fast and reliable
activation when you need it. It is important that you don the lifejacket according to the
manufacturer’s instructions in order to secure the function of the lifejacket.
SINGLE POINT INDICATOR CLEARLY SHOWS THE STATUS OF YOUR HAMMAR INFLATOR
When the single point indicator is green ( )the inflator is ready for use. After the manual
activation the indicator turns red ( ) and the inflator must be replaced. Always check
the single point indicator before using your lifejacket.

SERVICE / MAINTENANCE
The Hammar Inflator needs no service or
maintenance. Just ensure that the inflator is
replaced after the five years expiry date or when
the single point indicator is red.
IN WATER PERFORMANCE
Activate the Hammar Inflator manually by using
the pull-tab. Make sure you know how to reach the
pull-tab on your lifejacket.
REARMING KIT
Ask your dealer for the rearming kit suitable for your lifejacket.
REPACKING
Before packing the lifejacket according to the manufacturer’s instruction, deflate the
lifejacket through the oral tube. Make sure that all residual air is pressed out from the
bladder.
