portable luminaire. This product has been manufactured
to the highest standards of safety and quality. The
durable finish and shade design provide for care-free
maintenance.
FEATURES:
1. Five gooseneck arms allow for maximum light
direction. Colorful shades add to the design.
2. Lamp holder may be fitted with a CFL equivalent
energy-saving bulb(s).

CAUTION:
1. Before starting to assemble your portable luminaire,
spread all parts out on a clean flat surface. Inspect each
part for defects that may have occurred during shipping.
Be careful when unpacking the lamp since the wires are
connected. If the wires are pulled out of their connectors,
it may result in a bad connection.

Important: Inspect the wire insulation for any cuts,
abrasions or exposed copper that may have resulted
during shipping. If there is a defect in the wire, DO NOT
continue the assembly operation. Please call our
Customer Service Team at 1-877-527-0313.
2. CONSULT A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN IF YOU
HAVE ANY ELECTRICAL QUESTIONS.
3. Keep your receipt and these Instructions for Proof of
Purchase.
4. This portable lamp has a polarized plug (one blade is
wider than the other) as a safety feature to reduce the risk
of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug
can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug. CAUTION:
TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK MATCH WIDE
BLADE OF PLUG TO WIDE SLOT AND FULLY

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Begin assembly at the bottom of the lamp.
2. Insert lamp pole (B) into base (A) and turn
clockwise to tighten.
3. Insert lamp pole (C) into lamp pole (B) and turn
clockwise to tighten.
4. Insert lamp pole (D) into lamp pole (C) and turn
clockwise to tighten.
5. Insert lamp pole (E) into lamp pole (D) and turn
clockwise to tighten.
6. Insert the junction box (F) into lamp pole (E) and
turn clockwise to tighten.
7. Remove socket ring (I) from lamp holder (G)
counter-clockwise.
8. Put lamp shade (H) onto lamp holder (G) and turn
the socket ring (I) clockwise to tighten.
9. Repeat steps 8 and 9 with the other shades.
10. Use with (5) 40W maximum candelabra bulbs or
13W maximum E12 CFL bulbs (bulbs not included).

LIMITED WARRANTY
The manufacturer warrants this portable luminaire to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one
(1) year from date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the
original consumer purchaser and only to products used in normal
use and service. If this product is found to be defective, the
manufacturer‟s only obligation, and your exclusive remedy, is
the repair or replacement of the product at the manufacturer‟s
discretion, provided that the product has not been damaged
through misuse, abuse, accident, modifications, alterations,
neglect or mishandling. This warranty shall not apply to any
product that is found to have been improperly installed, setup, or
used in any way not in accordance with the instruction supplied
with the product. This warranty shall not apply to a failure of the
product as a result of an accident, misuse, abuse, negligence,
alteration, or faulty installation, or any other failure not relating
to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply
to the finish on any portion of the product, such as surface and/or
weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear. The
manufacturer does not warrant and specially disclaims any
warranty, whether express or implied, of fitness for a
particular purpose, other than the warranty contained
herein. The manufacturer specifically disclaims any liability
and shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental
loss or damage, including but not limited to any labor /
expense costs involved in the replacement or repair of said
product.

4. Esta lámpara portátil posee un enchufe polarizado (una
de las patillas es mayor que la otra) que tiene por
finalidad reducir el riesgo de choque eléctrico. Este
enchufe podrá colocarse en un tomacorriente polarizado
de una sola manera. Si no encaja por completo, invierta el
enchufe. Si aún así no entra, llamar a un electricista
calificado. No utilizar un cable prolongador a menos que
el enchufe pueda insertarse por completo. No modificar

Instruccciones de ensamblaje
1. Comience a ensamblar la lámpara desde el pie.
2. Inserte el tubo de la lámpara (B) en la base (A) y ajústelo
en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
3. Inserte el tubo de la lámpara (C) en el tubo (B) y ajústelo
en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
4. Inserte el tubo de la lámpara (D) en el tubo (C) y ajústelo
en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
5. Inserte el tubo de la lámpara (E) en el tubo (D) y ajústelo
en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
6. Inserte la caja de empalmes (F) en el tubo (E) y ajústela
en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
7. Gire el anillo del portabombillo (I) en sentido contrario al
de las agujas del reloj para retirarlo del soporte (G).
8. Coloque la pantalla (H) sobre el soporte (G) y ajústela
girando el anillo del portabombillo (I) en el sentido de las
agujas del reloj.
9. Repita los pasos 8 y 9 con las otras pantallas.
10. Usar con (5) bombillos tipo E12 incandescentes de 40
vatios máximo o con (5) bombillos fluorescente compacto
tipo E12 de 13 vatios máximo (bombillos no incluidos).

CARACTERISTIQUES:
1. Cinq bras de col de cygne tiennent le compte de la
direction légère maximum. L‟abat-jours colorées
ajoutent à la conception.
2. Le porte-lampe pourrait être ajusté avec un CFL
l'ampoule énergie-épargnant équivalente (les ampoules
non incluses).

fils sont retirés
de leurs connecteurs, ceci occasionnera une mauvaise
connexion.

n'importe quel cuivre exposé qui pourrait avoir résulté
pendant l'expédition. S'il y a un défaut dans le fil, le PAS

4. Cette lampe portative a une fiche polarisée (une
lame est plus large que l'autre) comme mesure de
sécurité pour réduire le risque de choc électrique.
Cette fiche se branchera d'une seule façon dans une
prise polarisée. Si la fiche n'entre pas entièrement
dans la prise, retourner la fiche. Si celle-ci n'entre
toujours pas dans la prise, contactez un électricien
qualifié. Ne jamais utiliser une rallonge sauf si la
fiche peut être entièrement insérée. Ne pas altérer la
fiche. ATTENTION: POUR ÉMPECHER UN CHOC
ÉLECTRIQUE, PRÉSENTER LA LAME LARGE À
LA FENT LARGE ET POUSSER DANS
