TO PLAY
Bracelet
Press the button on the doll’s bracelet and she will “wake up”.
To switch doll’s language mode, press button on bracelet and
hold for a few seconds; release button as soon as doll says “¡Hola,
mami!” (or “Hi!”). If you continue to press the button, doll will
say “¡Adios!” (or “Bye bye!”) and go into power-save mode. To
re-activate, press button again; doll will “wake up” in the same
language mode.
To play with your doll without having her speak, press button on bracelet and hold until
she says “Adios” or “Bye-bye”. Press button again to “wake up” doll.
NOTE: To conserve batteries, turn switch to “OFF” position when doll is not to be played
with for extended periods of time.
First make sure doll’s ON/OFF/TRY ME switch is set to “ON”.
After every few spoonfuls of doll food, be sure to give the doll
a drink from her bottle. Fill the bottle with water, and press into
doll’s mouth. Squeeze bottle gently to release water, giving her a
few sips at a time. You can keep the bottle in her mouth between
sips, but if the bottle stays in for more than 30 seconds, she will
get “drowsy” and “fall asleep”.
Mealtime
Before you feed your doll, put on her bib and make sure
her diaper is securely fastened.
Note: Doll food may stain some surfaces; wash promptly
upon contact. For best results, feed doll in an environment that’s easily wiped clean,
and away from surfaces such as carpeting or upholstery.
To feed the doll, open a packet of BABY ALIVE doll
food and pour into feeding bowl. Add 15ml of water
and stir well; food will thicken as it’s stirred. You can
measure the water by filling up to the fill line on the
food bowl, bottle cap or bottle. Feed your doll right
after you’ve mixed the doll food. (If doll “falls asleep”
while you’re preparing her food, press the button on
her bracelet to “wake” her up, or just start feeding her,
and she will “wake” up.)
FILL LINES
Feed the doll using the included spoon. Every time
you place the spoon in her mouth she will really
“chew” her doll food.
Tip: Food moves through the doll more quickly when she is lean-
ing back slightly in a sitting position (as shown).

Nota: La comida de la muñeca puede manchar algunas
superficies, lávalas rápidamente al momento del contacto. Para mejores resultados,
alimenta a tu muñeca en un lugar que se pueda limpiar fácilmente, alejada de superfi-
cies tales como alfombras o tapicería.
Para alimentarla, abre un paquete de la comida para
muñeca BABY ALIVE y colócala en el tazón para
comida. Agrega 15 ml. de agua y revuélvela bien; la
comida se irá espesando al irla revolviendo. Puedes
medir el agua llenando el tazón para comida o el
biberón hasta la línea de llenado en el tazón o en
la tapa del biberón. Dale de comer a tu muñeca
inmediatamente después de haber preparado su alimento. (Si la muñeca “se duerme”
mientras estás preparando su comida, presiona el botón de su pulsera hasta “despertarla”

FILL LINES

Naptime
BABY ALIVE will yawn and tell you when she’s “sleepy”. You can hold her in your arms
or put her down for a nap. To “wake” her, press button on her bracelet.
If your BABY ALIVE doll is fussy
Sometimes your BABY ALIVE doll may become fussy. She may cry or fuss or say she’s
thirsty. Give her the bottle (even if there’s no water inside), or press the button on her
bracelet and she’ll feel better.
Important cleaning instructions
To prevent clogging, it is essential to rinse doll clean immediately after each
use. If food is left in the doll, it can harden and become difficult
to clean.
• Tocleandollafterfeeding,givethedollseveralbottlesofwateruntilany
remaining food has been rinsed away and the water runs clear (it’s best to
do this over a sink). Tilt bottle from side to side
to make sure you’ve rinsed away any food build-up in the corners of the
doll’s mouth. Use a soft cloth or paper towel to wipe away any remaining
food. Allow doll to dry.

Adult supervision recommended. If spilled, wash with soap and water.

should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth; hang to dry.
• Hand-washspoon,bowlandbottlewithmilddishsoapandwater;they
are not dishwasher-safe.
Special tips to clean doll’s face:
1. Use a mild soap and work up a lather in your hands.
2. Gently massage lather onto doll’s face, then wipe away with a damp cloth or paper towel.
Do not rub.
