from a gas booster water heater called
Powermite.
®With three models which
can operate on natural or propane gas,
Powermite features a burner system
that utilizes both primary and secondary
air for consistent ignition.
PMG-200...for large, conveyor-type
dishwashing operations. This 195,000
BTU gas booster water heater is
equivalent to approximately 45kW and
provides up to 480 GPH (1817 LPH) @
8gpm of hot sanitizing rinse water and
has a 4.75 gallon (18 liter) storage
capacity. Exhaust venting is provided by
a forced draft system with a 4" (102 mm)
diameter vent pipe adapter to meet
regulatory and local codes. Hookup must
be completed by a professional installer.
PMG-100...for 2-tank, conveyor
machines. Has 105,000 BTU heating
capacity with a storage capacity of
4.75 gallons (18 liters) and is equivalent
to approximately 24kW. Exhaust venting
is provided by a forced draft system with
a 4" (102 mm) diameter vent pipe
adapter to meet regulatory and local
codes. Hookup must be completed by a
professional installer.
PMG-60...for single-tank, door-type
dish machines. Has 58,000 BTU heating
capacity with a storage capacity of
3.5 gallons (13 liters) and is equivalent to
approximately 13kW. This unit can
naturally and safely vent directly into the
room and does not require through-the-
wall venting to the outside. An optional
hood is available to redirect exhaust to
existing ventilation. Consult local codes
for venting requirements.

WATER QUALITY REQUIREMENTS
Incoming water in excess of 3.0 grains of hardness per gallon (GPG) (.75 grains of hardness per liter) must be
treated and softened before being supplied to booster heater(s). Water containing over 3.0 GPG (.75 GPL) will
decrease the efficiency and reduce the operating life of the unit.
Note: Product failurecausedby limingor sediment buildup isnot covered under warranty.
