The buttons have the following functions:
[CON]: Provides access to the control parameters
[ALARM]: Provides access to alarm level
[CAL]: Min. and max. calibration
[TEST]: Starts the test mode
[ROTATE]: Switch between alarm parameters
[OK]: Confirms/saves
[↑]: Changes parameters [+].
[↓]: Changes parameters [-] .
[MODE]: Displaying the valve position
Installation guide:
It must be installed on the front of the panel. The front is designed with
protection class IP54. Rear facing electronics are designed in protection
class IP45.
The instrument is placed at eye-level to make set-up and reading as easy
as possible. Be careful with sunlight from windows as it can affect the
reading on the display.
Input:
Analogue input - sensor: 4- 0 mA
Analogue input – feedback. 4- 0 mA
Relay voltage: 5- 5 VDC
Analogue output: 4- 0 mA
Load: 3A/ 4 VDC
Relay output – 3 x SPST: @ 4VDC: 3 x 3A
@110VAC: 3 x 5A
@ 0VAC: 3 x 5A
Solid State output: NC/NO,1A/ 4VDC
Functions of LED:
The LED lamps have the following functions:
RUN [green LED]: Controller is in operation
ALARM LOW [red LED]: Indicates a low level
ALARM HIGH [red LED]: Indicates a high level
PUMP [green LED]: Indicates pump function
VALVE [5 x red, yellow and green LED]: Indicates valve position in steps
of 0%. Only in function when connected to modulating valve with
position feedback.
Note! All terminals are protected against improper termination
with a supply voltage up to 40 V. If the supply voltage is greater
than 40 V the electronics will be damaged.
Caution! Factory settings do not guarantee safe operation, since the
configuration parameters depend on the type of refrigeration system
