1. Press and hold and buttons until LEVEL- 1 shows in the display. Release buttons.
2. Displays show“LEVEL1” and“ENTER CODE”. Entercode1, 2,3, 4. “PRODUCT”and
“SELECTN”showinthedisplays.

√buttonand‘SELECTPRODUCT’and“FRFRIES”or“NUGGETS”showinthedisplays.
4. and buttons scroll through the 40 products, or press the desired product button.

√buttonandtheproductshows in the left display and “MODIFY?”, and “YES NO” shows inthe
right display. Press √√

√buttonto change this product, or press Xbutton to choose another product.

Oncethedesiredlettershows in the display, press button to continue to the next letter.
7. Once name is complete, press button and “COOK TIME” shows in the display. Use the product
buttonsto changethetimein minutesandseconds,to amaximumof59:59.
8. Press button and “TEMP” shows in the display. Press the product buttons to change the
temperature. Thetemperature range is 190°F(88°C) to 380°F (193°C).
9. Press buttonand “COOK ID” shows in the display. Enter abbreviated product name (Ex: NUG)
10. Press buttonand “DUTY1”showsin the display. Press the product buttons to set an alarm (Ex: 0:30
setsan alarm at 30 seconds after the start of the cook cycle.
11. Press button and “DUTY2” shows in the display, and a second alarm can be programmed.
12. Press buttonand “QUALTMR”shows in the display. Press product buttons to set holding time.
13. Press button and “AIF DISABLE” shows in the display and “YES” or “NO”. Using and
buttons,change thedisplayto “YES”ifthat productistonot beincludedin theautomaticintermittent
filtrationcounts, or“NO”if itistobe included.
14. Press button and“ASSIGN BTN” shows inthe display, along with theproduct (ex: NUGGETS). If
thisproductalreadyhas a product button assigned to it, that LED will belit. Toassignotherproduct
buttonstothat product, press and hold theproduct button for 3 seconds andthat LED stays lit. To remove
aproductfromabutton, press and hold the product button with a lit LED andtheLEDgoesout.
15. To program another product,pressXbuttonand“SELECTPRODUCT”shows in display. Continuewith
step 3 above.
16. Press Xbutton3timesto end programming.
To Add or Change a Menu Item

6. 如果按下 √ 按钮，使用产品按钮输入产品名称，就像在您的手机上输入文本。一旦所需要的
字母显示在显示器上，按下 按钮继续下一字母。
7. 一旦完成产品名称输入，按下 按钮，显示器显示“COOK TIME（烹炸时间）”。使用产
品按钮更改分钟数和秒数，最大值为 59:59。
8. 按下 按钮，显示器显示“TEMP（温度）”。按下产品按钮以更改温度设置。温度设定
范围最低不得低于 190°F (88oC)，最高不得高于 380oF (193oC)。
9. 按下 按钮，显示器显示“COOK ID（烹炸 ID）”。输入产品名称的缩写（例如：NUG）
10. 按下 按钮，显示器显示“DUTY 1（任务 1）”。按下产品按钮设定报警信号（例如：0:30
表示将报警设置为开始烹炸周期后 30 秒。
11. 按下 按钮，显示器显示“DUTY 2（任务 2）”，随即可设置第 2 个报警信号。
12. 按下 按钮，显示器显示“QUAL TMR（品质计时器）”。按下产品按钮设置保持时间。
13. 按下 按钮，显示器显示“AIF DISABLE（AIF 无效）”和“YES（是）”或“NO（否）”。
如果产品未包括在自动间歇式过滤运转内，使用 和 按钮进行调节，显示器将显示“YES
（是）”；如果产品包括在自动间歇式过滤运转内，使用 和 按钮进行调节，显示器将
显示“NO（否）”。
14. 按下 按钮 ,显示器显示“ASSIGN BTN（分配键）”和产品（例如：NUGGETS）。如果
该产品已被分配了一个产品按钮，那么 LED 灯亮起。如果要给产品设定其它产品按钮，持续
按产品按钮 3 秒钟， LED 灯保持亮起状态。如果要取消产品原先设定的产品按钮，持续按产
品按钮，直至亮着的 LED 灯熄灭。
15. 如要为另一个产品设置按钮 ,按下 X 按钮显示器显示“SELECT PRODUCT（选择产品）”。
继续上述步骤 3。
16. 按下 X 按钮 3 次结束按钮设置。
