Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,
wie man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen. Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen
Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf das entsprechende
Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist. Anzugsmomente
beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!

The bow is needed in use with a Hepco & Becker topcase only .

schrauben M6 x 12 hinten unter dem Alurack
verschrauben.
HINWEIS:
Der TC-Bügel ist nur bei Anbringung eines Hepco & Becker
Topcases erforderlich.

Die Abdeckung der Originalbrücke demontieren und von
der Rückseite mit einem Stufenbohrer die 4 vormarkierten
Punkte auf ø23mm aufbohren.
Anschließend die Abdeckung wieder montieren.
Disassemble the cover of the original rack and drill the
4 pre-marked points on the rear with a step drill to ø23mm.
After that, mount the cover again.

VORNE mit den Senkschrauben

HINTEN mit den Senkschrauben
M6x30 verschrauben.

Bohrungen der Gepäckplatte (ohne
montiertes Easy- oder Alurack) kann
unsere Sportrack Hecktasche (Artikel-Nr.
640806) mit dem Hecktaschenhalter (im
Lieferumfang) befestigt werden.
NOTE: The Sportrack rear bag (item no.
640806) can be attached to the extra free
holes of the rack adapter (without
mounted Easy- or Alurack) with the
included lock it rear bag holder.

Fastening of the Alurack/Easyracks:
On the rack adapter in the outer free threads.
Rear use allen screws M6 x 16 and special
washer 20x20xø6,4.
Front use allen screws M6 x 16 and washers
ø6,4. Mount the plastic cover.
Montage des Aluracks/Easyracks:
Auf der Gepäckplatte in den äußeren freien
Gewindebohrungen.
Hinten mit den Zylinderschrauben M6x16
sowie den Viereck-Scheiben 20x20x ø6,4.
Vorne mit den Zylinderschrauben M6x16
sowie U- Scheiben ø6,4.
Anschließend die Kunststoffabdeckung des
Aluracks montieren.
