Place chair on protective surface and lay chair with the seat and back facing down.

Using #2 Phillips screwdriver remove screws.

• Failure to fully tighten screws may cause injury

• Periodically check fasteners to ensure tightness

Remove arm pad from arm.

Place new arm pad over arm.

Using new screws provided secure new arm pads to arm.
Tighten screws plus a quarter turn.
