. Remove the four back bolts using mm Hex bit.

Materials Identication and Segregation:
Where possible, plastic components are marked with ASTM recycling codes.
Use these codes to identify material type for recycling. Non marked compo-
nents should be treated as mixed plastic. Ferrous metals can be identied
using a small magnet for recycling. Non-ferrous metals should be separated
and recycled separately.

. Detach the Back from the chair . Remove the bolt from the right swing arm.
Step 2
. Right hand arm has right hand drive threads. . Follow the previous steps to remove the le arm. Le hand arm has
reverse le hand drive threads.

. Remove nut and shoulder bolt
Step 3
. Use T Torx driver and  mm wrench
. . Follow previous steps to remove the right side nut and shoulder bolt

. Use  mm drill bit to remove the bolt from the swing arm .
. Follow the previous step to remove the bolt on the other side. .

. Detach the seat from the swing arm
. Squeeze the snaps as indicated below to remove the cover
. Remove the lower cover by releasing the  snaps
Step 4
. Detach the lower cover from the tilt assembly.

. Detach the back cover. .
. Remove the front cover. .

. Release the two snaps shown below. . Detaching director from the tilt housing.
Step 5
. . Li the director from the tilt housing.

. Release the snap shown below to li the cable. . Li the cable to remove from the actuator.
. Slide out the cable to detach from the actuator. . Removing the handle from the swing arm.

. Li the lever up. . Release the bottom snap shown in the ..
. . Release the bracket out of the socket.

. Rotate the assembly and remove from the swing arm. .
. Pull out the swing arms from the assembly. . Detach the swing arms.
Step 6

. Rotate the knob counter clock wise to release tension . Remove the cassette screws.
. Use T Drive to remove the screws. . Detach the retainer clips from the assembly.

. Detach the tension knob and the tilt lever. . Use the swing arm and pull back and hold to release the forward limit.
. While holding back swing arm, li the tab to disengage the forward limit. .

. Rotate the casing to remove the leaf spring from the assembly. .
. Detach the Leaf spring from the assembly. .

. Use T torx bit to remove the pivot pin .
. Remove the other pivot pin joint using the previous step. .

. Remove the bushing. . Detach the tilt casting from assembly.
. Use hammer and punch to tap out the bushing to remove the B-Link .

. Follow the previous step to remove the right hand side bushing. .
. Detach the B-Link from the assembly. . Use T Torx bit to remove the cassette bolts

. Aer removing all the cassette bolts detach the tilt cassette. . Use a punch with recess and hammer to remove the tilt housing.
Attention: Hold the tilt casting and li the whole unit in the air before
hammering.

. Removing foot ring for work stool. Unlock the foot ring by holding base
and turn counter clockwise. To remove the cylinder for the Aeron Task chair
skip to step ..
Step 7

. Slide the foot ring sub assembly o the cylinder.
. Place a nylon cap at the bottom of the cylinder. Use dead blow hammer
and hit the bottom of the base.

. Detach the base from the cylinder. To remove the castors skip to step .

. Removing the cylinder for the Aeron chair. Use nylon cap and Hammer to
remove the cylinder form the base.
. Pull o the castors to disassemble from the base
