How to disassemble your chair.

Upholstered Back
Step 1
. Slide your ngers between the J-Bar and the cover, gently pry each
corner.
Step 2
. Take out the  bolt screws from the J-bar by using T- torx power drive.
Step 3
. Take out the upholstered back frame from J-bar.
Rubber Mallet

Step 2
. Remove the back assembly by rotating the back forward to dis-engage
hook features.
Step 4
. Separate inner back shell using mallet.
Step 5
. Take out the J-bar from tilt assembly by removing the  bolt screws
using mm socket power drive.
Suspension Back
Step 1
. Remove three mm hex bolts using a wrench between the back and tilt.

. Depress snap. . Remove lumbar assembly vertically.

. Remove three mm hex bolts using a wrench between the back and tilt.
Polymer Back
Step 1
Step 2
. Remove the polymer back assembly by rotating the back forward to
disengage hooks.

. Remove two T- screws at the bottom of the back. . Disengage back from pocket in spine by pulling forward on back.

. Remove two T- screws at the top of the back.

. Pull lower back forward and slide polymer back upward o of spine.

. If present, remove lumbar system by disengaging lower track
hook feature.
. Li lumbar track up and o of retaining hooks.
. Loosen the cap screws to remove the arms by using a mm socket
wrench.

. Adjustable seat removal: Activate seats slide handle and slide tilt to
the end stop.

. Fixed seat removal: insert phillips head screw driver into access
port to release xed seat plug.

. Depress end stop snap using a screw driver. . Remove tilt from seat pan by sliding tilt out of track. The adjustable
seat will required the seat slide handle to be activated.

. Take out the tilt assembly from cylinder using mallet.

. Take out the cylinder from the base by using rubber mallet.

. Hold base and pull hard to remove caster from base.

Step 1
. Slide your ngers between the J-Bar and the cover, gently pry each

. Take out the mesh back from J-bar.

. Adjustable seat removal: Activate seats slide handle and slide tilt to

. Take out the footring from the cylinder by rotating the footring counter
clockwise to unlock and slide footring o of cylinder.

. Take out the cylinder from the base by using rubber mallet.
. Hold base and pull hard to remove caster from base.

How to disassemble your chair.
Step 1
. To remove the caster, grasp the caster with hand and pullout.
Step 2 Step 3
. Remove the seat.
Power Driver Phillips Bit Rubber Mallet
. Remove the seat by taking out the  screws in the bottom using
phillips bit.

. Remove the  nuts holding the arms using / inch socket.
Step 5
. Remove the arm. Repeat for opposite side.
Step 6
. Using a rubber mallet, gently tap the top end of the arm from underneath
and take out the arm.
Step 7
. Using a rubber mallet, tap up evenly on both sides until the back comes
out of the track.

. Remove the arm. Repeat for opposite side.
Step 5
. Remove the back cover by taking out the  screw caps
and screws, using a phillips bit.
Step 6
. Remove the back by taking out the  screws in the
back using a /” hex bit.
