Cautions
 When LCD shows ----- and the scale sounds beep beep beep, it means
OVERLOAD. Please remove the measured objects away from the platter
immediately.
 Please assemble the platter before powering on the scale, especially for the scale under
3kg max capacity.
 Do not keep the weight placed on the platter for a long period.
 Keep the scale away from the environment with high temperature、high humidity、
heavy press、heavy bump.
 Make sure the scale is located in a flat and plane surface.
 For FW model, please recharge the battery after a long period of storage (about per
ONE month). It takes 8~10 hours to fully recharge the battery.

Calibration Instructions
Please power off the scale before operating the following procedures.
1. Press [ON/OFF] key once and then press
key and do not release your finger for 5 seconds. Then LCD shows7.3.
2. Press [UNIT] key and do not release your fingers for 3 seconds till LCD shows
Setup.
3. Press [UNIT] key once again and LCD shows Usual.
4. Press [UNIT] key once again and LCD shows CAL-1.
5. Press [NET] key to enter Calibration Mode. LCD will show 000.000.
6. Press [NET] key to shift the digit and [ UNIT ] key to modify the digit to 005.000.(ex:5kg)
and then press once to confirm.
7. Wait till the off set value is stable, and then press key to confirm. LCD will
show 0.
8. Put the 5kg weight on the platter and then press key again to confirm. The
scale sounds beep beep twice and LCD will show “ good “ twice, then the scale will
reboot automatically.

Zero Symbol (O):
O appears on the left-bottom corner of LCD, and indicates the scale is at zero-point.
Tare Weight Symbol (TARE):
TARE appears on the bottom edge of LCD, and indicates the tare weight has been
deducted.
Battery Symbol ( ):
appears on the bottom edge of LCD, and indicates the battery is running in
low-voltage status. This is for reminding the user to recharge the battery.

OperationInstructions
Backlight (optional) :
The optional Backlight will be enabled automatically after the scale has been
p
owered on. Press key for 3 seconds to disable Backlight.
 ON/OFF key :
Please press the ON/OFF key on the panel to turn on this scale.
 UNIT key :
To select the weighing mode (kg / lb / oz / PCS).
# Under PCS simple counting mode:
1. Put 200 pieces of the measured subject (with the same unit weight) on the platter.
2. Press [UNIT] key for 3 seconds to select 200 (10、20、50、100、200 could be
selected for the quantity of measured subject). LCD will show 5-10
、 5-20 、 5-50 、
5-100 、 5-200 (the scale is calculating the average unit weight) and then stop at
5-200. Then the simple counting function is ready. This scale could be used as a
simple counting scale.
key :
Press this key to deduct the tare weight. Put the package or container on the platter
and then press [ ]
key. LCD will be showed 0.000, [O ] and [TARE].
 NET key :
Af
ter using the [ ] function, please follow the steps as below to get the Net and
Gross Weight Value.
1. Press [Net] key once could recall the deducted tare weight of container or package.
Press [Net ] key once again, LCD will be indicated 0.000, [O ] and [TARE].
2. Put the measured subject into the container or package, LCD will be indicated the
Net Weight Value.
Press [Net ] key once can obtain the total Gross Weight Value.
Press [Net ] key again, LCD will show [TARE] and will be go back to the Net Weight
Value again.

Recharge the Battery
When LCD indicates , the battery is in low-voltage condition. Please recharge the
battery as soon as possible. Please power off the scale and connect the power cord to
an AC outlet. CHARGE LED will indicate the ongoing status of the battery. It takes
about 8~10 hours to fully recharge the battery.
