General Description
TheHT66Fx0AseriesofdevicesareFlashMemoryA/Dtype8-bithighperformanceRISC
architecturemicrocontrollers,designedforawiderangeofapplications.Offeringusersthe
convenienceofFlashMemorymulti-programmingfeatures,thesedevicesalsoincludeawiderange
offunctionsandfeatures.OthermemoryincludesanareaofRAMDataMemoryaswellasanarea
oftrue EEPROMmemoryforstorageofnon-volatiledatasuchasserialnumbers,calibrationdata
etc.
Analogfeaturesincludeamulti-channel12-bitA/Dconverteranddualcomparatorfunctions.
MultipleandextremelyflexibleTimerModulesprovidetiming,pulsegenerationandPWM
generationfunctions.Communicationwiththeoutsideworldiscateredforbyincluding
fullyintegratedSPIorI2Cinterfacefunctions,twopopularinterfaceswhichprovidedesigners
