Speaker circuit End-of Line (EOL)
Mismatch Fault
For example: The number of
end-of-line units configured for a
speaker circuit off a Main DAU
during commissioning does not
match the number of end-of-line
units used on a speaker circuit.
¨Disconnect the speaker circuit from
the MCB and measure the resistance
and ensure the measured value
matches the number of End-of Line
(EOL) on the speaker circuit, see page
9.
¨Check at the Commissioning tool how
many end-of-line units were entered
for the speaker circuit. If entered value
does not match then configure the
Vigilon Compact VA panel with
correct EOL value for speaker circuit..

Monitored Input 1/2/3 Fault ¨Check the respective 'Monitored input'
circuit and rectify any open circuit or
short circuit faults.
¨Check the configuration at the
commissioning tool for monitored
input type and ensure it has been
correctly set for either End-of-line
monitoring or Logic level monitoring.

EEPROM Integrity Fault
(Latching fault)
¨Carry out a 'Reset All Faults' action,
see page 20.
¨If this fault indication reappears
following a number of resets then
replace the MCB.

Audio Configuration Integrity Fault
(Latching fault)
¨Carry out a 'Reset All Faults' action,
see page 20.
¨Reload the configuration to the
Vigilon Compact VA panel from the
Commissioning tool as there is an
integrity issue with the internal audio
configuration.

Configuration Mode (check MCB
ACS CONFIG header P6). This
indication will have higher priority
over System Fault.
¨Indicates that the Mains Powered DAU
is in configuration mode Link P6 on
MCB is in ENABLE position.
Ensure on completion of
commissioning the jumper is placed in
DISABLE position and the System
Fault LED is not flashing.
During factory testing a link is placed across P30 o the MCB, which gives the following indication . If the
unit when fitted on site should give such an indication then check and remove the link placed across P30, see page13
for link location.
