Do not use benzene or other volatile
substances (may damage the product).
Do not place the product near large
TV's or speakers that generate strong
magnetic forces
(may cause malfunction).
Do not install on an unstable location
(may get detached and result in
breakdown or injury).
Keep away from direct sunlight.
Do not store in high-temperature
areas (may cause product deformation
or malfunction).
Keep out of reach of children
(product may cause injury).
Child users should be instructed on
the product's proper use. Adult
supervision is recommended to
avoid injury.
Do not apply shock or impact to the
product (may cause breakdown).
When the gas leak alarm sounds, perform the following steps.
1) Close the gas valve immediately and open the windows and doors to secure ventilation.
2) Do not unplug or plug in electrical devices.
3) Do not open the refrigerator.
4) When the gas is completely removed, check the gas appliance.
Usage suggestions
To get the best use of the product, take note of the following.

1. When using the gas alarm and/or fire sensor, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Make sure that the product is impervious to volatile gases to avoid sounding the fire alarm by
mistake.
3. In case of product breakdown, do not disassemble the body or sensor. Contact the vendor.
4. In case the main panel goes out of order, contact the vendor.
5. Use the emergency button only when necessary.
6. The product does not function during blackout or in case the circuit breaker is shut down.
7. To clean the product, use a soft cloth.
Do not use volatile liquids (i.e. benzene, thinner) or wet cloth to clean the product.

Setting the Safety Zone
※ When activating the security system, you can set the Safety Zone.
The zone setting is not affected, even though alarm function or away mode and/or
sleep mode is deactivated.

then the corresponding safety zone lamp blinks. Press it again to turn off.
Pressing the corresponding safety zone button causes the safety zone to be set
(not monitored: safety zone lamp blinks; monitored: safety zone lamp goes out).
To go to another function setting menu, press .

※ You can set the delay time for activating your security system for exit/entry.
[ Setting and changing the entry/exit delay ]
If the delay is set to 0, the alarm system is activated immediately after setting the away mode.
ex) setting entry/exit delay to 1 min.

※ Exit Delay refers to the time given by the system to let you exit the house before the
system is activated.
※ Entry Delay refers to the time given by the system to let you deactivate the system after
entering the house.

The door opening function is available only when a separate device is installed.
[ Monitoring the Door ]
To terminate the call, press (Door) .
You have three minutes to talk to the person at the door before the line is automatically terminated.
When someone calls from the door, or if you are using the phone, you can open the entrance door

Talk to the person on the other flat.
Press the (Talk) button.
You will hear the dial tone after pressing the button.
Press the address number of the flat you want to call.

You have three minutes of talk time before the line is automatically terminated.
Pressing the (Guard ) button causes the lamp to light up.
Talk to the guard.

You have three minutes to complete your call before the line is automatically terminated.
In case you get a call from the telephone and interphone at the same time,
press the(Talk) button to be connected to the telephone.

When setting the away mode (refer to page 14), the call from the common entrance is
automatically connected to the guard post.

When you get another call while talking to someone over the telephone or
interphone, you can answer the new call only after terminating the first call.
The common entrance bell rings/the guard lamp blinks/the image is shown
on the screen.

Pressing the (Guard ) button causes the guard lamp to light up.
Talk to the visitor.
To stop talking, press the (Guard ) button.
You have three minutes to talk to the person at the common entrance before
the line is automatically terminated.
Pressing the while talking to the entrance or over the telephone

Security and Alarm Functions
Away Mode
Sleep (stay) Mode
※ Away Mode, You can activate the security system when leaving the house.
※ You can activate the security system when you are at home.
Press [Away].

During setting, the away mode is not set if the security zone except the entrance door and living
room is breached (or sensed). The corresponding safety zone lamp then blinks, and the
message Security system is not activated. Please check and try again is displayed.

The Away lamp and Safety Zone lamp for monitoring are then lit.
Message: "Security system is activated."
Away warning sound of "toot-toot" is then heard.
When setting the away mode, the away status is transmitted to the guard post.
The system considers you an intruder if you do not leave the house while the away
warning alarm sounds. As a result, the security system is activated.
Press [Away].

The Stay lamp and Safety Zone lamp for monitoring are then lit.
Message: "Security system is activated."

During setting, the Sleep mode is not set if the security zone is breached (or sensed). The
corresponding safety zone lamp then blinks, and the message Security system is not

When setting the away mode, the away status is transmitted to the guard post.
When the sleep mode is activated, the living room is not monitored; thus enabling you to move
freely inside the house.
If you have a visitor or wish to go outside while the sleep mode is activated, you need to
deactivate the sleep mode first.

※ You can deactivate the security system.
When you open the entrance door while the Exit or Sleep mode is activated, the security system
is disabled during the previously set entrance delay time with the warning alarm ("toot-toot" sound).

Message: "The security system is deactivated."
If you do not set the Room mode while the warning alarm sounds, you are considered
an intruder, and the security system is activated.
Press the [Emergency] button on the bottom left.

Use the [Emergency] button only when necessary.
The Fire or Gas lamp on top blinks. / the corresponding alarm is issued.

Deactivating the Emergency Alarm
You need to finish your call or monitoring first to deactivate the alarm while talking
on the phone or monitoring the entrance.
Testing the Alarm Sound
You can perform deactivating and resetting by pressing stop and return even
while the gas or fire alarm is activated (according to the laws and regulations on fire
prevention).
Security and Alarm Functions
To turn off the warning sound, press the stop button.

If the gas leak or cause of fire is not removed completely, the alarm is activated again.
Enter the password.

To deactivate the alarm completely, press the return button.

In case of gas leak, close the gas valve, open the windows to allow ventilation, and
wait until the sensor lamp turns green. Do not turn on any electrical device.

The title shows 20 letters at the first part of the information.

If there is new information , the content will display automatically for 3 seconds on the
menu and the melody will ring at same time.

After the auto display, the FUNCTION light will flash continuously to inform that the new
information reaches.

When the visitor is calling at entrance or pressing the
entrance monitor, press to start recording.
When Away Mode is set but the visitor calls at
entrance, it will record automatically.
The recorded image is in color style. When the
amount of the images is over 50 pieces, the 51st one
would cover the first one, the 52nd one would cover
the second one, so does the following one.
