An Openreach engineer has installed a brand new access line for your One Net solution.
The faceplate for the socket comes in two variants: single and dual.

Depending on the type of faceplate, connect the RJ11 cable as shown below:
Single-socket faceplate
With microfilter and RJ11
Dual-socket faceplate
With RJ11 alone

Depending on your access line type, the port is labelled ADSL (for the ADSL line type) or VDSL (for
the FTTC line type). The connection instructions are exactly the same.

3. Once connected, power
on both the router and
the modem.
You should see LEDs
light up at the top of
your modem and at the
back of your router.
1. Take the RJ11 cable (white).
2. Connect the RJ11 cable to the port marked ADSL or VDSL.

The router installation is now complete!
Inform your delivery coordinator so they can perform the necessary checks on your router.
