I.Overview
HZ1 43 4 SF6 gas pu ri ty analyzer is the late st inte lligent me asur in g
in st rument dev eloped by our company. Th is pr oduct adopts the co lo r
hi gh li ght LCD touch screen as th e man-machine inte rface, the full Chinese
in terf ac e is convenient for op er atio n, and all kin ds of dat a ar e displayed in
real time. Th e full to uch screen with hig h pr ec is io n and fas t response is
us ed as man-m ac hi ne input, and a varie ty of fun ct io ns can be sw itched
freely. Buil t in hi gh -capacity rec ha rgeable lithi um ba tt ery pack provides
ul tra long standby time. Th e standard USB int erfa ce is co nfigured, and th e
hi st orical data can be exported to the USB fla sh disk through the interface.
The instrume nt adopts the mos t advanc ed mi cr o ther mal con du ctivity
sen so r with te mp eratur e compensation to pr ovide us ers wi th a simple
on -site de tection method of SF 6 pur ity. It is mainly used to measure the
pu rity (perc entage con tent ) of SF6 ga s in bottled SF6 gas, SF6 switch and
ot her equip ment . It can also be us ed in appli cati on s with several
ba ckgrou nd gases (special requir ements ar e req ui red) .

The 5- in ch color to uc h screen di rectly displays dat a, wh ic h is in tu itive
an d eas y to use.
Real time curve tracking, th e cha ng e trend of purity percenta ge is clea r
an d int ui tive.

USB2.0 interface is adopted, and hist orical dat a ca n be exported to
USB fl ash disk thro ug h the in te rf ace.
Built in 4400mAh rechargeable lithium bat tery, sufficient at one tim e
an d can wo rk continuously for 10 hours.

III.Operating Instructions
When you tur n on the power, the inst rument wil l auto mati ca lly carry out the
main oper at ion int erface. The re ar e four menu opt ions on the main
in terf ac e, and the cur rent temper ature and humidit y, batte ry power and
system tim e are displayed on the sam e screen. The main int erfa ce is
sho wn in Fi gu re 2;

1. Measure
1) In th e m ai n in te rf ac e, cl ic k th e 【TEST 】me nu , and the instrument wil l
en ter the measurement state.In the measurement stat us in terf ac e, the
in st rument displ ays the measured SF 6 pur ity value (perce ntage content ),
ga s flow, ambie nt tem pe rature , ambient hum idit y and current system
time.Th e inter face is shown in Fi gu re 3:

2) In the me as urement in terf ac e, press th e【CU RV E 】key to enter the curve
tr ac ki ng di sp la y in te rf ac e; P re ss th e 【SAV E 】ke y to enter the da ta sa ving
in terf ac e, and the test data can be saved accordi ng to th e instrument

pr ompt; Press the【BA CK 】key to exit the mea su rement sta te and return to
the main operation inte rface.
3) In th e dat a saving int erfa ce , cli ck the blank sp ac e of the edi t box on the
right side of the equipment num be r. After th e cu rsor is displayed, pre ss the
nu m er ic ke yp ad on th e ri gh t, en te r th e eq ui pme nt nu m be r, p res s 【OK 】to
sav e the test data and en ter the dat a query int erfa ce ; Pr es s【CA NC EL 】to
ex it the da ta saving interface an d re turn to the measureme nt sta tu s. As
sho wn in Fi gu re 4:
2. Historical data query
In th e main int erfa ce , tap the [historical data ] menu to ente r the
hi st orical data query interface. In this int erfa ce , the instrum ent di sp la ys
the measured and saved da ta of the ins trument. Press the up and down
do ub le arrows on the lef t side of the interface to view each record , press
the [data pr int] ke y to pri nt th e data di sp la ye d on the cur re nt page, press
the [format ] key to clear all data stored in the inst rume nt (please oper at e
carefull y) , press the [USB flash di sk storage] key to imp or t all sto red data
in to the USB fl as h disk, and press th e [exit inte rface] key to ret urn to the
main ope ration interface . The int erfa ce is sh own in Figure 5:

3. Instrument help
In th e main int erfa ce , pre ss the [instrument hel p] menu to open the help
in terf ac e, whe re some op er atio n pr ec au tions are dis pl ay ed . As shown in
Figur e 6:
Click any wh er e on this interface to exi t the interface and re turn to the main
op er atio n interface.
4. Parameter setting
In th e ma in menu int erfa ce , pr ess the【SET-U P】key to ent er th e instrument
pa rameter setting in terf ac e, including th ree submenus: time and da te
setting, in st rument calibration and main interface.
a) Time-Set

Tap the 【Tim e- Se t 】butto n to ent er the tim e an d date setting inter face ,
where you can mod ify th e curre nt system time and date. Press 【SE LE CT 】
to move the cu rsor, press【 】and【 】to in cr ease or dec rease num bers ,
an d pre ss 【BACK 】to sa ve the sett ings and ret urn to the par ameter
setting interface.
b) Instrum en t calibration
When cli cking the 【Calib ra tion 】me nu , ent er th e password and press the
【Enter 】key to ente r the in st rument calibra tion inte rface. This function
mus t be carried out whe n the in st rument needs calibr ation, and it needs to
be ret urned to th e manufacturer for professional operation.
Note：
"Va lid" me an s tha t the da ta in thi s row is valid, "NoValid" means tha t the
da ta in th is ro w is invalid and doe s not part icipate in the ca lculation. Ev en
if it is mod ified, it has no effect on the calculation.
Click "NoValid" or "Valid" to sw itch bet we en val id and invalid fl ag s.
Click【SEL EC T 】to switch the si x ro ws of data an d highli gh t a row, as sho wn
in th e figure.
