ASSEMBLY STEPS
Step 1.
1. Attach Bottom Connection Frame (4) to Left Upright Frame (1) and Right Upright Frame (2) using:
M10*30 Hex Bolt (33)
Φ10 Spring Washer (40)
Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (38)
Please don’t tighten all the bolts.
2. Attach Upper Connection Frame (3) to Left Upright Frame (1) and Right Upright Frame (2) using
M10*75 Hex Bolt (36)
Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (38)
M10 Nut (41)
Two Holes Fixing Plate (9)

Step 2.
1. Remove M6*6 Hex Screw (28) and attach Foam Frame (8) to Left Upright Frame (1) using:
M10*35 Hex Bolt (34)
Φ10 Spring Washer (40)
Φ11*Φ34*3 Flat Washer (39)
Same way to attach Foam Frame (8) to Right Upright Frame (2).
2. Attach Right Handle Frame (6) to Right Upright Frame (2) using:
M10*75 Hex Bolt (36)
Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (38)
M10 Nut (41)
Two Holes Fixing Plate (9)
3. Attach Left Handle Frame (7) to Left Upright Frame (1) using:
M10*75 Hex Bolt (36)
Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (38)
M10 Nut (41)
Two Holes Fixing Plate (9)
4. Attach Back pack Fixing Frame (5) to Left Upright Frame (1) and Right Upright Frame (2).
Tighten all the bolts.

Step 3.
1. Attach Seat Pad (12) to Back pack Fixing Frame (5) using:
M10*25 Hex Bolt (32)
M10*45 Hex Bolt (35)
Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (38)
2. Attach Arm Pad (13) to Left Upright Frame (1) using:
M10*120 Hex Bolt (37)
Φ34*Φ11*2*R21 Curved Washer (42)
3. Attach Arm Pad (13) to Right Upright Frame (2) using:
M10*120 Hex Bolt (37)
Φ34*Φ11*2*R21 Curved Washer (42)
Tighten all the bolts.
