1.2 Interceptor Safety Precautions
When installing the interceptors, make sure that there is no electrical current
connected to them.
Isolate shore electrical current to the engine block, battery charger, or
accessories mounted on the engine.
Sharp edges, watch your ngers.

LIGHTNING by Humphree is a stabilization system designed for motorboats with
the following specications:
• Length of 20-45 feet
• Speed of 10-50 knots
The system must not be used for purposes other than the intended usage.
The purpose of this manual is to give instructions on how to correctly install the
hardware components of the LIGHTNING by Humphree system.
This installation manual is available digitally as a PDF le, and can be downloaded
in the following ways:
• Scan the QR code that is displayed on the product packaging and attached
documentation.

2.2 Intended Audience
This manual is aimed at the installer of the LIGHTNING by Humphree system,
including ship-builders, and other authorized workshops with qualied personnel.
