1. INTENDED USE
The cordless impact wrench is intended to loosen/tighten screws, bolts and nuts, it is not designed for
commercial use.
NOTE: Only use the impact wrench as described in this instruction manual. Any other use is
deemed improper and may result in personal injury.
2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS
WARNING: Read all safety warnings, instructions, illustrations and specifications provided
with this power tool. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or
serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.
The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-
operated (cordless) power tool.
1) Work area safety
a) Keep work area clean and well lit.Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable
liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
c) Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to
lose control.
2) Electrical safety
a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Do not use any
adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools. Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will
reduce risk of electric shock.
b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase
the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.
Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords
increase the risk of electric shock.
e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use
of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of electric shock.
f) If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use a residual current device
(RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
3) Personal safety
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when operating a power tool.
Do not use a power tool while you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication. A moment of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal
injury.
b) Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection. Protective equipment such as
a dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions
will reduce personal injuries.
c) Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position before connecting to
power source and/or battery pack, picking up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with
your finger on the switch or energising power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left
attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result in personal injury.

e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This enables better control of
the power tool in unexpected situations.
f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Keep your hair and clothing away
from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
g) If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure
these are connected and properly used. Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related hazards.
h) Do not let familiarity gained from frequent use of tools allow you to become complacent and
ignore tool safety principles. A careless action can cause severe injury within a fraction of a
second.
4) Power tool use and care
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. The correct power
tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for which it was designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot
be controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or remove the battery pack, if detachable,
from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power
tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow persons unfamiliar with
the power tool or these instructions to operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the
hands of untrained users.
e) Maintain power tools and accessories. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the power tool’s operation. If
damaged, have the power tool repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly
maintained power tools.
f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are
less likely to bind and are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with these instructions,
taking into account the working conditions and the work to be performed. Use of the power
tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
h) Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean and free from oil and grease. Slippery handles
and grasping surfaces do not allow for safe handling and control of the tool in unexpected situations.
5) Battery tool use and care
a) Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer.A charger that is suitable for one
type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
b) Use power tools only with specifically designated battery packs. Use of any other battery packs
may create a risk of injury and fire.
c) When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects, like paper clips, coins,
keys, nails, screws or other small metal objects, that can make a connection from one
terminal to another.Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a fire.
d) Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery; avoid contact. If contact
accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help.
Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burns.
e) Do not use a battery pack or tool that is damaged or modified.Damaged or modified batteries
may exhibit unpredictable behaviour resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury.
f) Do not expose a battery pack or tool to fire or excessive temperature.Exposure to fire or
temperature above 130°C may cause explosion.
g) Follow all charging instructions and do not charge the battery pack or tool outside the
temperature range specified in the instructions. Charging improperly or at temperatures outside
the specified range may damage the battery and increase the risk of fire.
6) Service
a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement
parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

b) Never service damaged battery packs. Service of battery packs should only be performed by the
manufacturer or authorized service providers.
2.2 IMPACT WRENCH SAFETY WARNING
Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces, when performing an operation where the fastener
may contact hidden wiring. Fastener contacting a "live" wire may make exposed metal parts of the power
tool "live" and could give the operator an electric shock.
2.3 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERIES AND CHARGER
a) Batteries
Never attempt to open for any reason.
Do not store in locations where the temperature may exceed 40°C (104°F).
The recommended ambient temperature range for the charging system during charging is 4°C to 40°C.
The recommended ambient temperature range for tool and battery use is -5°C to 40°C.
Use the charger provided with the tool only to charge the battery.
Store your batteries in a cool dry place (5°C-20°C/41°F-68°F). Never store batteries in discharged state.
The recommended ambient temperature range for the charging system during charging is 4°C to 40°C.
The recommended ambient temperature range for tool and battery use is -5°C to 40°C.
It is better for Li-ion batteries to discharge and reload them regularly (at least 4 times a year). The ideal
charge for long-term storage of your Li-ion battery is 40% of capacity.
When disposing of batteries, follow the instructions given in the section “Protecting the environment”.
Do not cause short circuits. If connection is made between the positive (+) and negative (-) terminal
directly or via accidental contact with metallic objects, the battery is short circuited and an intense current
will flow causing heat generation which may lead to casing rupture or fire.
Do not heat. If batteries are heated to above 100°C (212°F), sealing and insulating separators and other
polymer components may be damaged resulting in electrolyte leakage and/or internal short circuiting,
leading to heat generation causing rupture or fire. Moreover do not dispose of the batteries in fire,
explosion and/or intense burning may result.
Under extreme conditions, battery leakage may occur. When you notice liquid on the battery, proceed as
follows:
Carefully wipe the liquid off using a cloth. Avoid skin contact.
In case of skin or eye contact, follow the instructions below:
Immediately rinse with water. Neutralize with a mild acid such as lemon juice or vinegar.
In case of eye contact, rinse abundantly with clean water for at least 10 minutes.
Consult a physician.
Fire hazard! Avoid short-circuiting the contacts of a detached battery. Do not incinerate the
battery.
2) Charger
Use the charger provided with the tool only to charge
the battery.
Never attempt to charge non-rechargeable batteries.
Have defective cords replaced immediately.
Do not expose to water.
Do not open the charger.
Do not probe the charger.

The charger is intended for indoor use only.
This charger can be used by children aged from 8
years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning
and user maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by
the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
During charging, the battery must be placed in a well-
ventilated area.
CAUTION: Do not recharge non-rechargeable
batteries.

3.2 PACKAGE CONTENT LIST

Carefully remove the impact wrench and any accessories from the box. Make sure that all items listed in the
contents are included.
Inspect the impact wrench carefully to make sure no breakage or damage occurred during shipping.
Do not discard the packaging material until you have carefully inspected and satisfactorily operated the drill
and impact wrench. If possible, store the packaging until the warranty period has expired
4. OPERATION
4.1 CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK
IMPORTANT: The battery pack is not fully charged at the factory. Before attempting to charge
them, thoroughly read all of the safety instructions.
Assure that the charger you use are applicable to the battery pack.
Insert the charger into 220-240V~, 50-60Hz outlet. The indicator light (13) will turn red to show the
power is connected.
Insert the battery (6) into the slot of charger (10). Make sure the contact with the charger is correct.
The indicator light (13) turn to green and flash when charging.
When fully charged, the indicator light (13) turn to green.
Frequently monitor the charger and battery pack while connected.
Unplug the charger and disconnect it from the battery pack when finished.
Allow the battery pack to cool completely before using it.
Store the charger and battery pack indoors, out of reach of children.
NOTE: If the battery does not fit properly, disconnect it and confirm that the battery pack is the
correct model for this charger as shown on the specification chart. Do not charge any other battery
pack or any battery pack that does not securely fit the charger.
NOTE: If battery is hot after continuous use in the tool, allow it to cool down to room
temperature before charging. This will extend the life of your batteries.
NOTE: Using your thumb or fingers to press the battery’s release button in and pull the
battery pack off at the same time.

Battery capacity indicator
There are battery capacity indicators on the battery pack; you can check the capacity status of the battery if
you press the button. Before using the machine, please press switch trigger to check if the battery is full
enough to work properly.
Inserting and removing the battery
WARNING! Do not operate the variable speed on/off trigger whilst inserting the battery.
a) Insert the battery into the battery recess on the tool until it clicks into position.
b) Do not use excessive force when inserting the battery If the battery does not slide in easily, it is not being
inserted correctly and could cause damage to the battery and impact wrench.
c) Depress the battery release button to remove the battery.
4.2 OPERATION-IMPACT WRENCH
a) Inserting and removing a sockets
Before inserting or removing a socket, make sure that the forward/reverse selector is set in the middle
position!
The assembly is done by mounting on the tool holder, the inner hole of the cap. Both elements should be
carefully fitted together and firmly installed on the impact wrench.
b) Disassembly is done by firmly grasping the socket with your hand and pulling in the opposite direction to
the impact wrench being held.
c) Turn on the impact wrench by depressing the variable speed on/off trigger. Increased pressure on the
trigger will increase the speed of the impact wrench.
Selecting rotation directions
Use the forward/reverse selector to select the rotation direction.
When the forward/reverse selector is pushed to the forward side of the device, looking from the impact
wrench profile, the socket will rotate clockwise.
When the forward/reverse selector is pushed to the reverse side of the device, looking from the impact
wrench profile, the socket will rotate counter-clockwise.
WARNING! Do not switch the rotation direction while the device is operating.
SELECTING CORRECT SOCKET
Always use the correct size socket for bolts and nuts. An incorrect size socket will result in inaccurate and
inconsistent fastening torque and/or damage to the bolt or nut.
Changing the high/low mode
High/low mode changes press the high/low-auto stop mode button and within approximately ten second
after releasing the variable on/off trigger when the forward/reverse selector at forward side.
Changing the auto stop mode
Auto stop mode changes press the high/low-auto stop mode button and within approximately ten second
after releasing the variable on/off trigger when the forward/reverse selector at reverse side.
4.3 CLEANING, MAINTENANCE & STORAGE
WARNING! Never use solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water etc. The solvents may
damage the plastic parts.
CAUTION! Always remove the battery before cleaning.
4.3.1 Cleaning
a) Keep the ventilation slots free from dust and dirt.
b) Regularly clean the impact wrench with a soft cloth. Preferably after each use.

4.3.2 Maintenance
a) The impact wrench is designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of maintenance. All
maintenance and repair must be performed by an authorized service centre.
b) If the impact wrench is not working properly do not attempt to repair it yourself.
c) Do not disassemble the battery. Replace the battery if it wears out.
4.3.3 Storage
a) Remove the battery from the impact wrench when it is not to be used.
b) Store the impact wrench, battery and battery charger in a secure dry place, out of reach of children.
c) Put the impact wrench, battery and battery charger in the soft bag provided to protect them against dust.

years from the date of the original purchase. The warranty only applies if the product is for household use.
