Harpoon Lagoon Marquee Install Guide
Step 1: Unlock and open both player one and player two control panels. Located at the left-
most and rightmost are two spin knobs. Spin the knobs counter-clockwise until they can be
removed. Put aside. Lift the cabinet top up. Adjust the upper mounting bracket from it’s
down position to it’s up position (see below). Slide the game over the marquee support assem-
bly as shown. Attach the cabinet bracket to the game using two 1/4-20 1 1/2” bolts and two
5/16 - 1/4 washers.

Step 2: Open each side’s coin doors and locate the bolt slots shown below. Attach the cabinet
on each side with a 5/16 x 1 3/4 bolt, 1 1/2 - 2”washer and 1 1/4” washer on each side. The
cabinet is now securely fastened to the marquee support assembly.
Step 3: Located at the bottom of the upper monitor support bracket are two hooks. These
hooks are designed to slide into two slots located underneath the monitor assembly. This will
allow you to place the monitor assembly on top of the upper monitor support bracket and slide
it fully to the right to access the wiring without the monitor assembly falling onto the floor.

Step 4: Attach the video and power cables.

Step 5: Attach the monitor assembly with four 1/4-20 1 1/2” bolts and washers. Note, only
one side is shown.
STEP 6: Using two 1/4-20 1 1/2” bolts attach the upper monitor assembly. IMPORTANT: Do
not attach these bolts until the lower bolts are attached first. You will be unable to align the
bottom bolts correctly if you attach these first!

Step 7: Attach the clear upper plaque using two 1/4-20 2” bolts, washers, and two keep nuts.
Step 8: Located at the bottom of the marquee support assembly are access doors. Open the ac-
cess door to locate the power module. The AC cord can be run either by the hole located at the
bottom of the marquee support bracket or to the side of it.
** NOTE **
The marquee assembly can be installed
on either side of the game cabinet.

Final Step: Insert three Phillip screws (6068) as shown. At the back use three washers (6020)
and Nylon nuts (6072) to attach the shark front onto the monitor assembly. Connect the AC
plug as shown. Now attach the two BLACK screws to the top as shown below.

To access the bulb to the shark, remove the two upper black screws before unlocking the door.

A USB flash drive is included along with the mounting hardware. Insert the flash drive before
applying power to your marquee. The flash drive plugs into the media player as shown below.
